Objective:This study mainly observed the clinical effect of xiaoqinglong decoction on asthmatic bronchitis of children with cold asthma,The levels of nitric oxide and eosinophil in peripheral blood before and after xiaoqinglong decoction was used to treat asthmatic bronchitis,To explore the mechanism of xiaoqinglong decoction on asthmatic bronchitis of cold asthma and provide theoretical support for xiaoqinglong decoction to treat asthmatic bronchitis of cold asthma. Methods:From December 2018 to December 2019,60 cases of asthmatic bronchitis with syndrome of cold asthma were treated in the outpatient department and inpatient department of our hospital(the first affiliated hospital of anhui university of Chinese medicine),According to the random number method,30 cases were randomly divided into xiaoqinglong decoction observation group and control group,Another 30 healthy children were set as blank group. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment(including anti-inflammatory asthma, cough and phlegm treatment),The observation group was given xiaoqinglong decoction orally on the basis of the control group, both groups were treated for 7 days. After the treatment,Combined with the changes in the total score of TCM syndromes in the two groups of children,Changes in serum nitric oxide and eosinophil levels before and after treatment were compared,SPSS 23.0 statistical software was used for data analysis. Results: 1.There were 28 patients in the observation group after treatment for 7 days,Among them,14 were cured,10 were effective,4 were effective, and 2 were ineffective, total effective rate is 93.3%;The total effective population of the control group after 7d treatment was 24,including 7 cured patients,11 effective patients and 8 effective patients,Invalid 4 people, the total effective rate was 86.7%.Compared to the total efficiency of the two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),it is suggested that both of the two treatment schemes can effectively treat children with wheeze asthmatic bronchitis, the efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group.2.Comparison of total scores of TCM syndromes: Before the treatment, compared with the observation group and the control group, the syndrome integral increases obviously(P < 0.01),the results showed that the score of Chinese medicine symptoms in children with cold wheezing asthmatic bronchitis was significantly higher than that of healthy children; The total score of TCM syndromes in both groups was lower after treatment than before treatment,The decrease was more obvious in the observation group(P < 0.01),It is suggested that the corresponding symptoms and signs of children in the two groups can be significantly improved after different methods of treatment,The efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group.3.Serum NO level:Before the treatment, compared with the observation group and the control group, serum NO levels were significantly elevated(P < 0.01),it indicated that the serum level of NO in children with cold asthma bronchitis was significantly higher than that of healthy children;Serum NO level in both groups was lower after treatment than before treatment(P < 0.01),it is suggested that both of the two treatments can reduce the serum NO level of children; The difference of serum NO level between the two groups before and after treatment,The decrease of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05),this indicated that the reduction of serum NO in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group.4.EOS level comparison:Before the treatment, the observation group and the control group were compared with the blank group,EOS levels are significantly higher(P < 0.01),the EOS level of children with cold wheezing asthmatic bronchitis was significantly higher than that of healthy children;EOS level of children in both groups decreased after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.01),it is suggested that both of the two treatments can reduce the EOS level in children; The difference of EOS level before and after treatment between the two groups was compared,The decrease of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05),this indicated that the reduction of serum NO in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group.5.Safety observation:In this study,a total of 60 cases were completed in the observation group and control group,The two groups of children did not have serious adverse reactions caused by drugs during treatment,Only 1 case of abdominal pain and diarrhea occurred in the control group,The symptoms disappeared after no special treatment.Liver and kidney function and diuria routine were detected in both groups before and after treatment,No obvious abnormality was found,This indicates that xiaoqinglong decoction is safe and reliable in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis of children with cold asthma. Conclusion: 1.Both treatments can improve the clinical symptoms of asthmatic bronchitis in children with cold asthma.2.Xiaoqinglong decoction is used in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis of children with cold asthma,It can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of TCM in children,Safe and reliable curative effect.3.Xiaoqinglong decoction can significantly reduce airway inflammation in children,The serum levels of nitric oxide and eosinophil were decreased,The mechanism may be related to the reduction of serum nitric oxide and eosinophil levels,It provides the corresponding theoretical basis for the clinical use of xiaoqinglong decoction.
