| Objective:To study the correlation between Chinese lifestyle and eating habits and the risk of lymphoma,in order to find out the high risk factors of disease,so as to make people pay attention to and change their bad lifestyle and eating habits, and provide some new ideas for effective prevention and reduction of the incidence of lymphoma. Methods:By reading a large number of relevant literature at home and abroad, combined with the unique lifestyle and eating habits of our people, determine the risk factors that may be related to the incidence of lymphoma, and develop a questionnaire that is easy to understand, reasonable and easy to complete. Then 400 patients with lymphoma diagnosed in Shanxi Cancer Hospital from 2018 to 2020 were selected as the study group, and the questionnaire was distributed on the spot.At the same time,400 healthy people matched in age,sex and area were selected with the help of local hospital physical examination center, health service station and rural health center as the control group. Finally, the collected questionnaire was screened, the data was entered, and the 1:1matched case-control study was used to analyze the risk factors in the survey results by univariate and multi-factor conditional Logistic regression analysis,so as to screen out the high risk factors affecting the incidence of lymphoma. Results:The results of this study show that regular tea drinking(OR=0.504;95%CI:0.345-0.736)may reduce the risk of lymphoma, while obesity(OR=1.684;95%CI:1.205-2.352),bad mood(OR=1.507;95%CI:1.075-2.113)and fatigue(OR=1.059;95%CI:0.659-1.703)increase the risk of lymphoma. However, smoking, drinking, hair dyeing, irregular work and rest, exercise, great pressure from life and work, often eating leftovers, eating out,and dietary factors such as vegetables, fruits, potatoes, meat, milk, yogurt, eggs, seafood, fungi and bean products were not related to the risk of lymphoma. Conclusion:There is a certain correlation between lifestyle, eating habits and the incidence of lymphoma, which has been confirmed in a large number of related literature abroad. This study found that regular tea drinking may reduce the risk of lymphoma, while obesity, bad mood and fatigue increase the risk of lymphoma. However, due to the small sample size of this study, the inaccuracy of some research variables, the diversity of food types and the influence of other confounding factors,it may lead to the deviation of the results. The sample size should be further expanded to increase the stability and reliability of the research results. |
