Objective: To investigate the proportion of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)in the digestive department of the first affiliated hospital of hebei northern college,and to analyze the risk factors of GERD.Methods: In March,2017 to March 2016,the first hospital affiliated to hebei institute of northern digestive internal medicine outpatient patients as the research object,carries on a questionnaire survey among a random sample of 570 patients.aged fron 18 to 78 years old,questionnaire design,including GERD questionnaire,eating habits,habits and customs,main symptom and mental factors,such as using GerdQ scale integration as a diagnostic index(18 points),the total score is greater than or equal to eight points as diagnostic criteria of GERD.According to the data,the symptoms and related factors of GERD patients were analyzed.Results: 570 patients with digestive department outpatient service 135,patients with GERD constitute 23.7%,The frequency of reflux,heartburn,gas,bitter/dry mouth,abdominal distention,retrosternal pain,pharyngeal foreign body sensation,upper abdominal pain,nausea,difficulty swallowing,other symptoms were 81.4%,76.5%,68.4%,65.1%,51.1%,43.7%,41.6%,39.3%,31.1%,10.2%,7.2%.Single factor analysis results show that with GERD was statistically significant risk factors for age,gender,smoking,drinking,BMI,high salt diet,zhagao,eating too full,Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,constipation,stay up late,climate,the difference of living environment(P < 0.05).Multivariate Logistic analysis showd that age,smoking,alcohol,consumption and constipation could be independent risk factors for GERD(P < 0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion: Higher incidence of GERD in our country,is a common digestive system disease,affect the patients quality of life,through this study,can improve some bad living habits and other risk factors to prevent the occurrence of GERD.
