The Clinical Observation Of Siwu Xiaofeng Powder Combined With Partial Closure For Perianal Eczema

Objective:To study the clinical efficiency and safety of Siwu Xiaofeng powder combined with methylene blue partially closed on the treatment of chronic perianal eczema with blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome.Methods:90cases patients of chronic perianal eczema with blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome,who met the inclusion criteria,according to admission time and random number table,were divided into A, B, C three groups, with30cases in each group. The treatment group A were treated with Siwu Xiaofeng powder combined with methylene blue partial closure; while the control group B were given cetirizine plus methylene blue partial closure, and the control group C were only administered with methylene blue partial closure which continued for one month. In the treatment tenth,twentyth and thirtyth days,to observe patients’itching degree, lesions form,lesion area and evaluate the curative effect after combined treatment.Judge the safety according to the severity of adverse reactions in the course of the test and timely symptomatic treatment.Results:1of the selected90patients is off case,every group have no significant difference in gender, age, disease duration and signs and symptoms score. The treatment group A in lesion area index is better than the control group B, control group C after the treatment of one month, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). The treatment group A improves faster than the control group B, control group C on itching degree,lesions form, lesion area of the skin, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Overall curative effect comparison:The treatment group A is superior to the control group B, control group C, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the difference is no significant difference between the control group B and control group C (P>0.05).Conclusion:Siwu Xiaofeng powder combined with methylene blue partially closed can obviously improve the condition of chronic perianal eczema, and it has received the good effect on itching degree,lesions form, lesion area of the skin and so on with low side effects. It improves life quality of patients and is one of the good methods to treat chronic perianal eczema with blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome.
