Clinical Study Of Jiawei Siwu Xiaofeng Powder In The Treatment Of Pruritus Of Chronic Renal Failure With Blood Deficiency And Wind-dryness

Purpose:The purpose of this study is to investigate the clinical efficacy of Added Siwu Xiaofeng Powder in treating skin pruritus of chronic renal failure(non-dialysis period)of blood deficiency and wind dryness type,in order to dig deeply into the treatment scope of classical prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine,give full play to the characteristic advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in disease treatment,and provide a slight reference for clinical treatment.Material and method:Useing new electronic medical record in our hospital,to collecte the patients in the outpatient and ward of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2016 to November 2018,with chronic renal failure(non-dialysis period)?~?period accompanied by pruritus were diagnosed.On the basis of diagnostic criteria?Inclusion criteria?Exclusion criteria that established in this study,employed patients with basic treatment combined with oral loratadine tablets altogether 35 cases,as a control group;and employed patients with basic treatment combined with oral Jiawei Siwu Xiaofeng Powder altogether 38 cases,as a treatment group.The course of treatment was 3 months,and follow-up for 1 month.Apply visual analogue scale and athens insomnia scale judge the patients' changes of symptoms and signs before and after treatment,and to observe the changes of CREA,BUN,Ca,P,i PTH,CRP and so on before and after treatment in this study.Processing by Statistical Software,to analyze the improvement of two groups of patients in various aspects,so as to judge the efficacy of Basic treatment combine with Jiawei Siwu Xiaofeng Powder.Results:1.There was no significant difference in sex,age,course of disease and primary disease between treatment group and control group(P>0.05).2.There was no significant difference between two group in visual analogue scale and athens insomnia scale before treatment,but after 3 months of treatment and follow-up,the study showed that the treatment group had more obvious advantages in improving insomnia in patients and patients' quality of life and symptoms(P<0.05).3.There was no statistical difference in biochemical indexes between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).In the treatment group,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,phosphorus,parathyroid hormone and C-reactive protein were compared before and after treatment(P < 0.05),which showed that the treatment group could significantly improve the above biochemical indexes,while the serum calcium index had no significant change(P >0.05).The comparison of blood phosphorus and urea nitrogen before and after treatment in the control group was P < 0.05,which showed that the treatment scheme in the control group was also effective in reducing phosphorus and urea nitrogen,while serum creatinine and serum calcium had no significant change.After treatment,the biochemical indexes of the treatment group and the control group were all P < 0.05,except blood calcium,which indicated that the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.The incidence of cutaneous pruritus in chronic renal failure was not related to patients' age,sex,and primary disease.2.Both Jiawei Siwu Xiaofeng Powder and loratadine tablets can effectively improve the symptoms of cutaneous pruritus in chronic renal failure patients with blood deficiency and wind dryness,and improve the quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure.3.Jiawei Siwu Xiaofeng Powder ally Shenshuai Power can reduce parathyroid hormone,blood phosphorus,serum creatinine,C-reactive protein and urea nitrogen,but there was no significant effect on serum calcium level.
