Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Children Mesenteric Lymphadenitis (Phlegm Dampness And Qi Stagnation Syndrome) With The Addition And Reduction Of Xiangsha Pingwei Powder

Objective: By means of observing the evaluation of clinical curative effect of xiangsha pingwei powder on children mesenteric lymphadenitis(abdominal pain-phlegm-dampness and qi stagnation),a more effective and convenient treatment scheme was provided for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the children mesenteric lymphadenitis.Methods: Choosing clinic time from January 1,2019 to December 31,2019 in Pediatric Outpatient Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM and conform to the pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis(abdominal pain-phlegm dampness and qi stagnation syndrome)diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and western children,a total of 68 cases of 68 cases were randomly grouped,treatment group(32 cases,1 cases,fall off in 0 case,the control group of 32 cases,2 cases,fall off in 1 cases.The treatment group with sweet sand flat stomach adjustment of internal and treatment,control group to the intestinal probiotics gold dichotomous internal and treatment,with 7 days for a period of treatment,a total of two period of treatment,before and after treatment were observed two groups of children with symptoms and signs,and the change of the color doppler ultrasound,and symptom integral evaluation and curative effect evaluation of treatment group with 31 cases,control group with 29 cases.Results:After clinical observations,the data of comparative analysis,shows: 1.In the total efficiency:the treatment group was 87.10%,the control group was 75.86%,both two groups of treatment are effective,the treatment group compared with control group difference after statistics analysis,P < 0.05,statistically significant,the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group.2.The treatment group and control group after treatment of primary symptom and disease for the statistical analysis and color doppler flow imaging(cdfi),the integral in treatment group were obviously better than that of control group(P < 0.05),and compared with the control groupthe the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion: 1.Xiangsha pingwei powder treatment of children mesenteric lymphadenitis(abdominal pain-phlegm-dampness and qi stagnation)clinical efficacy is significant.2.In the treatment of children mesenteric lymphadenitis(abdominal pain-phlegm-dampness and qi stagnation syndrome),xiangsha pingwei powder has obvious advantages compared with the control group in the treatment of the main disease(abdominal pain)and concurrent disease;3.In the treatment of children with mesenteric lymphadenitis(abdominal pain-phlegm-dampness and qi stagnation),the effect of xiangsha pingwei powder was better than that of the control group in improving the size of mesenteric lymph nodes.
