Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Shuangshutang Decoction On Children With Mesenteric Lymphadenitis

Objective: Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shuangshutang Decoction in treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children,and to provide new ideas and new methods for the treatment of this disease.Methods: Select the inclusion criteria of 60 cases of mesenteric lymphadenitis of children,according to the type of traditional Chinese syndromes,they were divided into incoordination between the abdomen in the cold syndrome group,food stagnation group,stomach and in intestine heat syndrome group,spleen deficiency syndrome group,qi stagnation and blood stasis group,add and subtract syndrome differentiation by using Shuangshutang,taking two courses,each period of treatment for 30 days.Analysis before and after themselves treatment,observe the comparison all kinds of groups of traditional Chinese medicine symptom score before and after treatment,efficacy between five groups,The changes of the number and the vertical and horizontal diameter of mesenteric lymph nodes,the main symptoms and signs and symptoms were compared before and after treatment,the relief of abdominal pain before and after treatment,the relief of abdominal tenderness and disappearance rate were compared,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results:1.Comparison traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores before and after treatment of five kinds of groups,points decreased significantly after treatment than before treatment points,the difference was staticallysignificant(P < 0.05).2.Efficacy between five groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.The results showed that the number of enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes was decreased compared with before treatment,and the longitudinal and transverse diameters were smaller than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Abdominal pain and tenderness compared with before treatment,after treatment,abdominal pain was significantly reduced,the total effective rate was 96.67%,abdominal tenderness was significantly reduced compared with before treatment,the total effective rate was 98.33%,The recurrence rate of abdominal pain and abdominal tenderness was low.Analysis before and after themselves treatment,the results showed that Shuangshutang can effectively alleviate and eliminate the cause of mesenteric lymphadenitis of children with abdominal pain,abdominal distension,loss of appetite,belching,vomiting.During the treatment,no adverse reactions was occurred in children with excessive sweating,nausea,indicating that the dual operation Decoction in the treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis of children with safety.Conclousion:1.Shuangshutang can be used flexibly five groups of mesententeric lymphadenitis of children and can improve clinical symptoms.2.After the treatment,the mesenteric lymph nodes were examined with color Doppler ultrasound,and the number of the enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes was reduced,which was statistically significant.3.During the treatment,no adverse reactions were found.Shuangshutang was effective in the treatment of the disease.It is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
