| ObjectiveThis study used prospective controlled clinical experiment methods to observe the clinical efficacy of the therapy group(clomiphene combined with balanced cupping)and the control group(clomiphene)in the treatment of obese patients with infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome,and compared the difference in curative effect and changes in various basic indicators between the two groups in order to know the TCM syndrome distribution and follicle growth,pregnancy,the menstrual cycle,BMI value changes and other clinical indicators of obese women with polycystic ovary syndrome,which are to be used in accessing the curative effect of the treatment of the balance cupping combined with clomiphene on obese patients with infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome.This study used balanced cupping,a safe and effective external treatment of TCM,to treat obese patients with infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome,enriching clinical treatment methods on the disease,and expanding the clinical use of balanced cupping.MethodsStrictly according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the 60 cases voluntarily participated in the study of this subject were randomly divided into the therapy group(clomiphene combined with balanced cupping)and the control group(clomiphene).Both groups were given clomiphene orally to stimulate follicle formation,start taking clomiphene on the 5th day of the menstrual cycle,50 mg/time,once a day at a fixed time,and continued the treatment for 5 days.The experimental group was treated with balanced cupping on the basis of taking clomiphene.The treatment started at the end of the menstrual period,once a week,and three times a menstrual cycle.The treatment took one menstrual cycle as a course of treatment,totally took three courses of treatment.Three months after the treatment,the changes in TCM syndromes and various clinical indicators were observed immediately,and finally a conclusion was reached through relevant statistical analysis.Results1.Before treatment,there were no significant statistical differences in age,height,weight,and BMI between the two groups(P>0.05).The two groups was comparable.2.Curative effect comparison:the total effective rate of clomiphene combined with balanced cupping group is 86.6%,and the total effective rate of clomiphene group is 70.0%.Clomiphene combined with balanced cupping group cured 20 cases,3 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective,and 4 cases were ineffective.In the clomiphene group,14 cases were cured,4 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective,and 9 cases were ineffective.After analysis,the clinical efficacy between the two groups is statistically different.Experiments have shown that clomiphene combined with balanced cupping therapy is superior to the clomiphene group in clinical efficacy.3.In terms of pregnancy rate:The number of pregnant women of the clomiphene combined with balanced cupping group was 3 during the first course of treatment,9 during the second course,4 during the third course,and 4 during the follow-up.The total number of pregnant women was 20 and the pregnancy rate was 66.6%.The number of pregnant women of the clomiphene group was 4 during the first course of treatment,5 during the second course,3 during the third course,and 2 during the follow-up.The total number of pregnant women was 14 and the pregnancy rate was 46.6%.After analysis,the pregnancy rate between the two groups is statistically different,the pregnancy rate of the clomiphene combined with balanced cupping group is higher than the clomiphene group.Conclusion1.From the perspective of overall efficacy analysis,the clomiphene combined with balanced cupping group and the clomiphene group both can ameliorate the clinical symptoms of infertility patients with obese polycystic ovary syndrome,but the overall efficacy of the clomiphene combined with balanced cupping group is better than that of the clomiphene group.Moreover,the total effective rate and cure rate of the clomiphene combined with balanced cupping group were both higher than those of the clomiphene group.2.From the perspective of pregnancy,the two both can promote the conception of infertility patients,and both are effective.The clomiphene combined with balanced cupping group is better than the clomiphene group in improving the pregnancy rate.3.From the measurement of BMI value and basal body temperature,the clomiphene combined with balanced cupping group is better than the clomiphene group in reducing weight and improving basal body temperature.4.From the point of view of promoting follicle development and ameliorate menstrual cycle,the clomiphene combined with balanced cupping group and the clomiphene group is effective,and there is no significant difference between the two groups.5.From the perspective of TCM syndrome differentiation,clomiphene combined with balanced cupping group has a better effect on patients with spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness,kidney deficiency and blood stasis,phlegm and blood stasis,and can effectively ameliorate their TCM symptoms.The clomiphene group did not significantly ameliorate the symptoms of TCM.6.This experiment confirms that balanced cupping combined with clomiphene in the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome-induced infertility has a good therapeutic effect,and it is worthy of further clinical research. |
