Effect Observation Of Infertility Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome By Using Tiane-35with Clomiphene And Progynova

Objective：Taie-35, is employed to g ’Finn and fill jiale method in the treatmentof polycystic ovary syndrome, infertility. The treatment effect is analysed, in order todirect clinical work.Methods: The paper researched60infertile patients who diagnosed withedpolycystic ovary syndrome in the obstetrics and gynecology clinic of Second AffiliatedHospital of Dalian Medical University,in May2012to September2013.Hormonalendocrine metabolism and other drugs had an effect on the study,so patients taking thesedrugs in3months or having oral contraindicationswere eliminated. Patients took taie-35every night for21days after the second day of menstrual cycle or withdrawal bleedingas a cycle.Patients need to continue three cycles between7days apart.Then took g ’Finn,50mg/day, began in the fifth day of the fourth monthly circle for5days. As acomparison, the ovservation group took Finn and jiale2mg/day untill follicles maturedand ovulated.Afterwards,Patients were guided to have copulation according to thedevelopment of follicles.The venous blood of objects were obtained before the secondday of menstrual cycle or withdrawal bleeding and the fifth day of the fourth menstrualcycle to compare the ratio of LH, FSH, LH/FSH,and T to analyse if there is statisticalsignificance;Both teams were observed the changes of menstruation, acne, hairy beforeand after treatment to analyze whether there was statistical significance.Two groupswere measued the size of germen,the size and quantity of follicle to analyze whetherthere was statistical significance.The control group and observation group weremeasued endometrial thickness using line channels ultrasound after the fourth menstrualcycle of taking taie–35and the fifth day、tenth day、before ovulation after withdrawal bleeding to analyze whether there was statistical significance. The control group andobservation group were compared of ovulation rate and clinical pregnancy rate toanalyze whether there was statistical significance. The results used SPSS13.0softwarefor statistical processing, measuring data use t test, and counting data use chi-squaretest.As a result, P <0.05, there was an significant difference, which was statisticallysignificant.Result:①general observation:Menstruation, hairy and acne had obviouslyimproved afer3cycles of Taie–35treatment, P <0.05, but the above comparisonenter the both teams P>0.05,was no significant difference.②Hormone levelchanges:The ratio of LH, LH/FSH and T value of all the subjects had dramaticallydeclined afer3cycles of Taie–35treatment,P <0.05.③Ovary situation:The ovarianvolume of all the subjects had distinctly reduced afer3cycles of Taie–35treatment,P<0.01. but the comparison enter the both teams P>0.05.④Comparison of endometrialthickness:Compared the two groups in the fifth day of the fourth menstrual circle, P=0.90, P>0.05. Compared the two groups around ovulation, P=0.001, P <0.01.Itindicated observation group was more conductive to implantation.⑤Ovulation andpregnancy outcomes: two groups after treatment,26ovulation occured in the watchteam,25ovulation occurred in the control group, the ovulation rate was83.33%;Inwatch team,19pregnancy, the conception degree was63.33%, in control group therewere11pregnancy, the conception degree was36.67%.Compared both teams ofovulation degree, P>0.05. Matched the pregnancy rate of the watching team andsupervision team,P<0.05, suggesting curative effect of observation sort was moreeffective than that of mastery sort. It showed that watching organize had moreadvantages to improve the pregnancy rate of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Conclusion: Taie club-35with g Finn and fill jiale treatment of polycystic ovarysyndrome, endocrine infertility can obviously improve clinical signs, etc., raise theovulation rate and gestation. Combined these three medicine can enhance the effect andis more safe,which is value clinical forwarding.
