The Observation On Xiaodaotiaojing Combined With Clomiphene In Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Caused Infertility

Objective:In reference to the large number of clinical research, infertility due to polycystic ovary syndrome with traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine clomiphene digestion Tiaojing decoction treatment, through the contrast and the detection of patients after comprehensive change, curative effect before and after the treatment of ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of change, the change of endocrine, basal body temperature changes, B ultrasound follicular size change and in various clinical symptoms change, explore and discuss the mechanism of this method, the principle and application of a reliable guide for clinical treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome caused infertility.Method: The clinical study of 80 cases of the patients from the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of infertility infertility patients aged 21-35 years, were divided into two groups, randomly assigned: clomiphene citrate(control group), clomiphene citrate combined with digestion Tiaojing Decoction(treatment group), with 40 cases in each group, 3 cycles(in January 1 period) for a course of treatment. Through the changes of the overall curative effect before and after treatment between the two groups, the endocrine hormone,, basal body temperature, B ultrasound follicular size, ovulation rate and pregnancy rate and clinical symptom score of five indicators of detection, and then a further analysis in statistics.Results:1. Comparison of comprehensive curative effect: the Chinese Western medicine group: 8 cases were cured, 24 cases markedly effective, effective 4 cases, invalid 4 cases, the total efficiency of 90%; the western medicine group: 4 cases were cured, 20 cases markedlyeffective, effective 10 cases, invalid 6 cases, the total efficiency of 85%; after statistics processing, compared the two groups(P < 0.05), the difference was statistically significant between the two groups. 2. Comparison of changes of endocrine hormones: Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was significantly improved than the western medicine group,(P < 0.05), the difference was statistically significant. 3. Comparison of basal body temperature: Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was significantly improved than the western medicine group,(P < 0.05), the difference was statistically significant 4. Follicular changes: after treatment than before treatment were significantly follicular growth, with significant difference(P < 0.05). The two groups after treatment of follicular diameter growth rate showed no significant difference(P >0.05). 5. Follicular changes: after treatment than before treatment were significantly follicular growth, with significant difference(P < 0.05). The two groups after treatment of follicular diameter growth rate showed no significant difference(P >0.05). 6. Comparison of clinical symptoms integral change: Chinese and Western medicine group was significantly better than the western medicine group. The two groups have statistical significance in clinical symptom score changes(P < 0.01).Conclusion:I n order to eliminate the Tiaojing decoction combined with clomiphene in the treatment of kidney deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis type of polycystic ovary syndrome has good curative effect of infertility patients, can effectively improve the endocrine hormone levels, improve the basal body temperature to increase two-way rate, improve the pregnancy rate and the size of follicles, ovulation rate, reduce the symptom score. At the same time, traditional Chinese medicine combined with the treatment of this disease, obvious curative effect, little side effect, it is worthy of clinical application.
