| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of Puhuang Lishi Decoction in the treatment of postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids,and comprehensively evaluate its efficacy and safety.To provide a theoretical basis and clinical data for the clinical use of Puhuang Lishi Decoction in the treatment of postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids.MethodsAccording to the random number generated by SPSS,80 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group used 1500ml Puhuang Lishi Decoction to sit in the anorectal Bidet for 15 minutes after defecation in the morning of the first day after operation,and the control group used 1500ml iodophor warm water with the concentration of 1:99 to sit in the bath,twice a day.The routine treatment before and after sitting in the bath was the same in both groups.Before,3,7 and 9 days after operation,the edema,pain and anal distension of the two groups were observed,and the quantitative scores and records were made.At the same time,the time of wound healing was recorded after discharge.The total clinical efficacy was limited to the 9th day after operation.Finally,statistical analysis of the data to draw a conclusion.Results1.General data comparison:there was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,mixed hemorrhoid stage and syndrome type between the two groups(P>0.05),but the data were comparable.2.Edema score:comparison between groups:(1)before treatment:there was no significant difference in edema score between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),which was comparable.(2)3 days,7 days,9 days after operation:there was significant difference in edema score between the two groups(P<0.05).Intra group comparison:(1)compared with before treatment,there were significant differences in edema scores of the treatment group on the 3rd,7th and 9th day after treatment(P<0.05).(2)Compared with before treatment,there was no significant difference in the edema score of the control group on the third day of treatment(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in edema score on the 7th and 9th day(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the 3rd day after operation,there was significant difference in the edema score of the 7th and 9th day between the two groups(P<0.05).(4)Compared with the 7th day after operation,there was a significant difference in the edema score on the 9th day between the two groups(P<0.05).3.Pain score:comparison between groups:(1)before treatment:there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),which was comparable.(2)3 days after operation:there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)7 days and 9 days after operation:there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Intra group comparison:(1)compared with before treatment,there was significant difference in pain degree between the two groups on the 3rd,7th and 9th day of treatment(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the 3rd day after operation,there was significant difference in the degree of pain between the two groups on the 7th and 9th day(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the 7th day after operation,there was a significant difference in the degree of pain on the 9th day between the two groups(P<0.05).4.Before treatment:there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).(2)3 days after operation:there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)7 days and 9 days after operation:there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Intra group comparison:(1)compared with before treatment,there was a significant difference in anal distension score between the two groups on the 3rd,7th and 9th day of treatment(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the 3rd day after operation,there was a significant difference in the anal distension score between the two groups on the 7th and 9th day(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the 7th day after operation,there was a significant difference in the anal distension score on the 9th day between the two groups(P<0.05).5.(1)Before and after treatment,there was no significant difference in the total score of three complications between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)After treatment,there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05);The difference of total score between the two groups before and after treatment:there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Intra group comparison:(1)there were significant differences in the total scores of the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).6.Healing time:the average healing time of the treatment group and the control group was 20.82±35 days,22.87 days±71 days,the treatment group was better than the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).7.Clinical efficacy evaluation:the effective rate of the treatment group(97.50%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).8.Ad verse reactions:there were no adverse reactions and safety events in the treatment group and the control group.ConclusionPuhuang Lishi formula hip bath for mixed hemorrhoids can improve postoperative edema,pain,swelling symptoms.The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.In the anal distension and postoperative pain,the curative effect of 7 days and 9 days after operation was significantly better than that of the control group.Puhuang Lishi formula hip bath and iodophor warm water hip bath can reduce the total score of postoperative complications,and the effect of Puhuang Lishi formula is better than iodophor warm water.Conclusion:this prescription can shorten the healing time of patients,and has no adverse reactions.The curative effect is remarkable. |
