Objective:By observing the clinical effect of Zini Decoction in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids with spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation syndrome,thus guiding the treatment of postoperative complications in TCM.Methods:A randomized and controlled method was used to divide 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria into 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.The two groups used the same conventional treatment before and after the operation.The treatment group was given oral Chinese medicine decoction on the first day after surgery,and the control group was given oral medicine with Western medicine and Chinese patent medicine.The scores of wound pain,edema,hemorrhage,pain,etc.on the 1st,3rd,5thand 7thday after operation were scored and the data were recorded.The healing time of the wound was observed and the total efficacy was counted.Results:60 patients were selected,and no cases dropped out during the observation period.Comparison of postoperative wound pain,edema and bleeding between the two groups:There were significantly difference in wound pain,edema and bleeding after medication on the 3rdand5thdays,and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.There were no significant difference in wound pain,edema and bleeding after medication on the 1stand 7thdays of operation between the two groups?P>0.05?.Compared with the hospital stays of the two groups,the hospital stays of the two groups were different?P<0.05?.The experimental group was slightly shorter than the control group.Conclusion:Zini Decoction can effectively reduce early wound pain,edema and bleeding in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids with spleen deficiency Qi stagnation syndrome,promote wound healing and shorten hospital stay.
