Objective:Through clinical observation, objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of external application of Tuire San combined with Qingre Decoction in treating children with cold(wind-heat syndrome),and provide methods and basis for the clinical treatment of children with wind-heat and cold. Methods: This project selected 100 children who were treated in the Pediatric Clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2020 as the research objects. After clinical diagnosis, they all meet the TCM diagnostic criteria for children with wind-heat and cold and children’s upper respiratory tract infections.Western medicine diagnostic standards. The included 100 research subjects were randomly divided into treatment group and control group at a ratio of1:1,with 50 cases in each group. In the control group, the children in the control group were treated with the addition and subtraction of the clearing-receiving prescription. The treatment group was treated with external application of antipyretic powder on the basis of the control group. The main symptoms of the children(fever, nausea, sweating, throat Redness, swelling, pain, cough)disappearance time, antipyretic onset time, complete antipyretic time,TCM syndrome score and individual symptom score changes, and evaluate the efficacy of the two groups, and evaluate the clinical interventions of the two groups truly and objectively efficacy.Results:(1)The treatment group was better than the control group in terms of the median time to disappearance of the main symptoms and the antipyretic onset time, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)In terms of the time to complete fever reduction, the treatment group’s effect It is better than the control group, and the difference is significant(P<0.01).The complete antipyretic rate of the treatment group and the control group are 91.49% and 83.33%,respectively,and the complete antipyretic rate of the treatment group is higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);(3)The treatment group was better than the control group in terms of improving fever, pharyngeal swelling and pain, and nasal congestion(P<0.05).In terms of improving other single symptoms such as nausea, sweating, cough, and headache, the two groups The curative effect is equivalent(P>0.05);(4)Both groups before and after treatment can significantly improve the scores of TCM syndromes(P<0.01).Comparison of the changes in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups shows that the score improvement of the treatment group is better than the control Group(P<0.05);(5)The total effective rates of the disease in the two groups of children were 91.49% and 81.25%,respectively.The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);(6)TCM syndromes of the two groups of children The total effective rates were 87.23% and 75.00%,respectively.The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);(7)During the study period, there were no adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion: The external application of Tuire San combined with Qingre published formula is effective in treating children’s wind-heat and cold.It can effectively shorten the disappearance time of main symptoms, antipyretic onset time and complete antipyretic time, and can significantly improve fever, pharyngeal swelling and pain, and nasal congestion. No obvious adverse reactions.
