Evaluation On Clinical Efficacy Of Internal Treatment Method With Internal And External Co-Treatment Method In Pediatrie Pneumonia Which The Syndrome Are Wind-Heat,Phlegm-Heat Closed

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of internal treatment method with internal and external co-treatment method in pediatrie pneumonia which the syndrome are wind-heat,phlegm-heat closed the lung.Methods: 120 cases of pediatrie pneumonia in line with the inclusion criteria(wind-heat closed the lung, phlegm-heat closed the lung)were randomly divided into two groups.There were 60 cases with internal treatment group(the syndrome are wind-heat closed the lung in 21 cases,phlegm-heat closed the lung in 39 cases),and 60 cases with internal and external co-treatment group(the syndrome are wind-heat closed the lung in 24 cases,phlegm-heat closed the lung in 36 cases).Both groups were treated with regular modern medicine. Besides the normal treatment,internal treatment group was treated with oral Chinese medicine,internal and external co-treatment group was treated with oral Chinese medicine and external application. The improvement of symptoms and signs in two groups were observed.Results: About wind-heat closed the lung syndrome,the markedly effective rate of internal treatment group was 95.00%,the markedly effective rate of internal and external co-treatment group was 100.00%.About phlegm-heat closedthe lung syndrome,the markedly effective rate of internal treatment group was89.74%,the markedly effective rate of internal and external co-treatment group was 100.00%.Compared with the total score of disease and syndrome after treatment in two groups of two syndromes,the total score of internal and external co-treatment group was significantly lower than internal treatment group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Internal and external co-treatment group was better than internal treatment group in disappearance time of fever,cough,asthma,lung auscultation.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: In the treatment of pediatrie pneumonia which the syndrome are wind-heat,phlegm-heat closed the lung,the clinical efficacy of internal and external co-treatment method was better than of internal treatment method.It has important clinical application value.
