| Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of based on the "fuxiongsan", combined internal-external therapy of TCM on children pneumonia.Method:236 cases of pneumonia children documented as inpatient were divided into treated group and control group according to the principle of random,control and double-blind.Besides the basic treatment of western medicine oral administration of Xiaoerqingfei Syrup and Antitussive power plus,to the 120children in the treated group external applying of Fuxiong power were given additionally,while to the 116children in the control group simulative placeboes were given of instead.A holistic body improvement on their clinical symptoms and physical signsResults:The cured-markedly effective rate of treatment on disease and syndrome was 95.83% and 94.17% in the treatment group,88.79% and 86.21% in the control group.The days of being in the hospital in the treated group were significantly shorter than that in the control groupConclusion:We concluded that combined internal—external therapy demonstrated remarkable therapeutic effects on children pneumonia. |
