Objective: The computer voice analysis software was used to detect the acoustic parameters of patients with lung spleen qi deficiency,blood stasis and phlegm coagulation syndrome of laryngeal disease.Combined with electronic laryngoscopy,to explore the correlation between acoustic parameters and lung spleen qi deficiency,blood stasis and phlegm coagulation syndrome of laryngeal disease was discussed,so as to provide objective basis for the rationality of syndrome differentiation and classification,and also provide objective quantitative basis for the preliminary diagnosis of laryngeal disease.Methods: This study randomly selected 40 cases of normal voice,aged 18-65 years old,65 cases of hoarseness patients,all from the Department of Otolaryngology of Jilin Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.The control group was normal population,and the experimental group was hoarseness patients.The experimental design was based on the comparison method.There were 30 cases in lung spleen qi deficiency group and 35 cases in blood stasis and phlegm coagulation group.The subjects were assessed with vhi-10,GRBAS,electronic laryngoscope and computer voice analysis.The acoustic parameters of the three groups were detected by the German Xion voice analysis software,The acoustic parameters of the three groups were compared to find the correlation and difference among the three groups.All data were analyzed by spss26.0 software,counting data were described by frequency statistics and chi square test,with frequency and constituent ratio(%);measurement data were described by independent sample t test,with mean ± standard deviation(x ± SD),with P < 0.05 as statistically significant.Results: Compared with the normal subjects,the longest time to pronounce(MPT),the highest fundamental frequency(fomax)and voice disturbance index(DSI)of the patients were significantly decreased(P < 0.01),the maximum sound pressure level(splmax)was decreased,the fundamental frequency perturbation(jitter)and amplitude perturbation(Shimmer)were increased(P < 0.05),and the minimum sound pressure level and minimum fundamental frequency had no significant difference(P > 0.05).Compared with the blood stasis and phlegm coagulation group,the longest time of articulation(MPT)increased(P <0.05)and the amplitude perturbation(shimmer)decreased significantly(P < 0.01)in the lung spleen qi deficiency group,and there was no significant difference in other acoustic parameters(P > 0.05).Compared with the normal subjects,in the lung spleen qi deficiency group,the longest time to pronounce(MPT),the highest fundamental frequency(fomax)and voice disturbance index(DSI)were significantly decreased(P < 0.01),the fundamental frequency perturbation(jitter)was increased(P < 0.05),and the other four acoustic parameters had no significant difference(P > 0.05).As for gender comparison,there was no significant difference between the normal group and the laryngeal visit group(P > 0.05).In the laryngeal visit group,the proportion of males in the blood stasis and phlegm coagulation group was higher than that in the lung and spleen qi deficiency group,and the proportion of females was lower than that in the lung and spleen qi deficiency group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: This study shows that there are two parameters of computer voice acoustic analysis in the comparison of lung spleen qi deficiency syndrome and blood stasis phlegm coagulation syndrome.As a non-invasive examination,it can be used as a preliminary screening method for patients with hoarseness.For patients with no obvious abnormality in laryngoscope examination,the abnormality of acoustic parameters can prompt the voice problems of patients,so as to prompt the intervention of voice health care methods such as voice training,which is in line with the concept of preventive treatment of disease in traditional Chinese medicine.In terms of syndrome type,men are more likely to suffer from blood stasis and phlegm coagulation syndrome,while women are more likely to suffer from lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome.
