Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Hypertrophic Laryngitis By Resolving Phlegm And Removing Blood Stasis,Training Vocal And Massaging Laryngeal

ObjectiveThe clinical study uses parallel randomized controlled study method,to evaluate objectively the clinical efficacy and safety of resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis,training vocal and massaging laryngeal on hypertrophic laryngitis patients with blood stasis and phlegm stasis;to observe the change of’ laryngeal symptoms and physical signs before and after treatment.The clinical study uses the GRB and VHI-10 scale and the machine of voice analysis,to evaluate the clinical efficacy by resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis combined training vocal and massaging laryngeal on hypertrophic laryngitis.The aim is exploring the best treatment for patients with hypertrophic laryngitis,and providing a kind of traditional Chinese medicine combined Western medicine ideas for the treatment of refractory hypertrophic laryngitis in the future.MethodsRandomized,controlled clinical trial is used in this study,Eligible patients are randomly divided into three groups.Group one is training vocal and massaging laryngeal.Group two is taking traditional Chinese medicine decoction to resolve phlegm and remove blood stasis.Group three is the experimental group,the test method is group one combining group two.Our each group has all twenty patients.Each group is assessed with symptom and physical signs,GRB and VHI-10 scales,laryngoscopy and the machine of voice analysis before treatment.The symptom and physical signs and laryngoscopy are taken for fourth weeks.Eighth weeks of treatment uses symptoms and physical signs,GRB scale,VHI-10 scale,and laryngoscopy and the machine of voice analysis again.Next,using chi square test,analysis of variance,rank sum test and other statistical tools to data analysis.ResultsFrom Comparing the symptoms and signs before and after treatment,the treatment group has two recovered people,nine markedly effective people,four effective people,five invalid people,and the total effective rate isseventy-five percent.The group one has zero recovered people,one markedly effective people,ten effective people,nine invalid people,and the totaleffective rate is fifty-five percent.The group two has one recovered people,three markedly effective people,ten effective people,six invalid people,and the total effective rate is seventy percent.The total efficiency of three groups by chi square test,the difference is statistically significant.In the"total effective rate",the treatment group is higher than the control group one and the control group two.In the "cured" and the "markedly effective"level,the treatment group is relatively higher than the control group one and the control group two.In the "effective" level,the group one and the group two is similar proportion,both are higher than the treatment group.In the"invalid" level,the control group one is relatively higher than the other two groups.Conclusion:1.Resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis,training vocal and massaging laryngeal have certain curative effecton on hypertrophic laryngitis patients(syndrome of blood stasis and phlegm coagulation),and there is worthy of study further.The study is providing a kind of traditional Chinese medicine combined Western medicine ideas for the treatment of refractory hypertrophic laryngitis in the future.2.The treatment group of hypertrophic laryngitis is more obvious than that of single therapy,in the improvement of symptoms and signs of chronic hypertrophic laryngitis.3.Symptom and physical signs,GRB and VHI-10 scales,laryngoscopy and the machine of voice analysis is fully assessed from the symptoms and physical signs,voice quality,life and emotion.Paying attention to disease changes,Laying the foundation for future development of individualized treatment.
