A Randomized Controlled Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Hypophoria (Syndrome Of Blood Stasis And Phlegm Coagulation) With Yangsheng Paste Prescription And Voice Training

Objective: To evaluate the effect of Yangsheng Paste prescription on the recovery of voice in 40 cases of chronic aphasia of blood stasis and phlegm coagulation type,It can provide the preliminary clinical basis for the treatment of blood stasis and phlegm congealing type of chronic laryngeal aphasia with Yangsheng Paste prescription,and give full play to the characteristics of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine ointment and voice training continuity in the treatment of benign proliferative diseases of larynx.It can reflect the characteristics of Yangsheng Paste prescription,such as accurate curative effect,easy to take and long-lasting effect.It can provide some reference for further research and publicity of Yangsheng Paste prescription.Methods: From January 1,2019 to December 31,2019,40 patients were divided into Yang Sheng Paste prescription + voice treatment group(treatment group)and voice training group(control group).The clinical effect of the treatment group was observed and compared with pure voice training Group control,the results of statistical analysis,comparison of the efficacy of the two groups.The study plan is to carry out stroboscopic laryngoscopy,voice acoustic analysis(parameters include F0,jitter,shimmer,DSI)and maximum phonation time(MPT)on the first day of treatment,fill in vhi-10 and GRBAS,and carry out all tests except stroboscopic laryngoscope at the end of the fourth week of treatment,and record relevant index data,and compare and analyze the two groups at the beginning of treatment Before and after 4 weeks of treatment,the changes of subjective and objective evaluation index scores among groups were recorded into SPSS21.0 which is used for statistical processing,and the variables conforming to the normal distribution are used for t-test,and the variables not conforming to the normal distribution are used for non parameter check.Results: Compared with the control group,there were significant differences in the disappearance time of hoarseness and subjective and objective evaluation scores between the treatment group and the control group;compared within the treatment group,there was statistical significance in subjective and objective evaluation scores;compared within the control group,there was statistical significance in subjective evaluation and objective evaluation scores of shimmer and MPT,and the remaining evaluation indexes were There was no statistical significance.Conclusion: Compared with the control group,the treatment group has more obvious advantages in reducing the disappearance time of hoarseness,improving self-assessment of voice function and improving self-control of voice.It shows that the combination of Yangsheng Paste prescription and voice training has a positive value for clinical treatment,and further shows that Yangsheng Paste prescription should be popularized and applied.
