Objectives:To observe the clinical of acupoint sticking therapy for phlegm and blood stasis syndrome to chronic pharyngitis, and evaluate its effectiveness, Preliminary study of its mechanism, to understand the effect of Chinese medicine for the treatment of this disease, to accumulated some experience for traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.Methods:The study was carried out in Chengdu university of TCM treatment in the ENT outpatients, Patients met the inclusion criteria selected a total of60patients, were randomly assigned to a treatment group and control group. The control group,30patients take beimu gualou powder decocted in water for oral dose. The treatment group,30patients apply acupoint sticking therapy. The two groups were treated for14days. Two groups were observed in patients with symptoms and signs. Through statistical software to analyze the integralResults:According to the score after treatment, we curative effect evaluation. The effective rate was67.86%of the treatment group, the effective rate was76.67%the control group. IT is not difference between the two groups of curative effect in the treatment of14days. Curative effect is better than that of the treatment group in the control group for the effective rate.Conclusion:The two groups can improve local symptoms and has a certain clinical curative effect. Both group is not obvious adverse reactions. Curative effect is better than that of the treatment group in the control group for the effective rate.
