Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Pharyngitis With Phlegm Coagulation And Blood Stasis By Pharyngeal Acupuncture Techniqu

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of pharyngeal acupuncture technique in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.Materials and methods: 120 patients with chronic pharyngitis with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome who attended the Department of Otolaryngology,Head and Neck Surgery,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group.In the control group,Jinsang Liyan Pill was taken orally,90 pills(about0.1g per pill)once,twice a day,with 14 days as a course of treatment.On this basis,the treatment group combined the pharyngeal acupuncture technique,twice a week,with an interval of at least three days each time,and two weeks was a course of treatment.At the time of consultation,at the end of 2 weeks of treatment,and at the end of 3 months of treatment,all patients underwent electronic fiber laryngoscopy,filled in HAMD and HAMA,checked and evaluated the efficacy and used SPSS 25.0 Statistical software statistical analysis.Results: 1.Pharyngeal symptoms: The pharyngeal symptoms of the patients were improved at the end of 2 weeks of treatment and at the end of 3 months of treatment compared with those at the time of visit,but the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.Evaluation of the curative effect of physical signs: At the end of 2 weeks of treatment and at the end of 3 months of treatment,the patient’s pharyngeal physical signs were improved compared with that at the time of treatment,and the effect of the treatment group was more significant.3.HAMD and HAMA assessment: The anxiety and depression of the patients at the end of 2 weeks of treatment and at the end of 3 months of treatment were improved compared with that at the time of treatment,and the effect of the treatment group was better.4.Overall curative effect: The treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion: Pharyngeal acupuncture technique is effective in treating chronic pharyngitis accompanied by foreign body sensation in pharynx,and it can be popularized and applied in clinic.
