The Clinical Study Of Guiqibufei Decoction For Treatment Of The Patients With The Connective Tissue Diseases Related Interstitial Lung Disease (the Type Of Lung And Spleen Qi Dificency,Blood Stasis Syndrome With Stagnation Of Phlegm)

Objective:This research is to observe the Guiqibufei Decoction treat the connective tissue diseases related interstitial lung disease(rheumatoil arthritis、 primary desiccat sydrome) on improve the clinical symptoms and signs、 laboratory tests、 the CT and fuction of Lung,to discovery a cheap and safe way that fit to provide reliable clinical demonstration to cure the connective tissue diseases related interstitial lung disease in combining the TCM with western medicine.Methods:Randomized grouping the40CTD-ILD (RA、 pSS) patients’s clinical data with the TCM syndrome of Lung and Spleen qi dificency,blood stasis syndrome with stagnation of phlegm equally.Guiqibufei Decoction combine with the western medicine therapy the treatment group, the control group use the western medicine individually. The contend of this research include analyzing clinical symptoms and signs、 laboratory tests、 the CT and function of Lung、 the clinical curative effect, observing and contrasting the anteroposterior clinical symptoms and signs、 laboratory tests、 the CT and function of Lung, grouping the clinical results in marked effect、 effective、no effect, compare the2groups’ curative effect in8weeks.Results:1.The two therapeutic regimens can improve dry cough、 expectoration、 chest distress、 cyanosis symptoms and signs (p<0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group (p<0.05);2.The two therapeutic regimens can decrease the index of ESR、 CRP、 IgG (p <0.05),can not decrease IgM (p>0.05);on the improvement of ESR> IgG, the treatment group is better than the control group (p<0.05);on the improvement of CRP、 IgM, the two group have no differerce;3.The two therapeutic regimens can not improve the CT of Lung (p>0.05);4.The two therapeutic regimens can increase the TLC、 FVC、 Dlco significantly (p<0.01), on the improment of Lung function,the two therapeutic regimens have no difference (p>0.05);5.The two therapeutic regimens can improve the TCM symptoms and efficacy (p <0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group (p<0.05);6.The two therapeutic regimens occur adverse drug reactions, the adverse drug reactions rate of the treatment group is lower than the control group (p<0.05).Conclusion:The Guiqibufei Decoction and western medicine therapy CTD-ILD (RA、 pSS) patients with the TCM syndrome of Lung and Spleen qi deficiency,blood stasis syndrome with stagnation of phlegm,can improve dry cough、 expectoration、 chest distress、 cyanosis, decrease the index of ESR、 CRP、IgG significantly, increase the TLC、 FVC、 Dlco significantly,improve the TCM symptoms and efficacy, the rate of adverse drug reactions is low, but it can not improve the CT of Lung.
