Objective: based on the meridian flow theory of traditional Chinese medicine,to carry out a clinical trial to observe the clinical effect of abdominal massage on patients with ischemic stroke constipation caused by qi deficiency and blood stasis,in order to improve the number of weekly autonomous defecation, improve the symptoms of constipation and improve the quality of life of patients,in order to reduce the risk of secondary stroke caused by forced defecation and promote the rehabilitation of patients with ischemic stroke. Methods: Eighty patients with ischemic stroke constipation due to qi deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into the experimental group(n = 40)and the control group(n= 40).Among them,1 patient in the experimental group was not suitable for abdominal massage because of aggravation, and 1 case fell off in less than 10 days in the hospital.2patients in the control group fell off due to poor compliance, and finally 38 cases in the experimental group and 38 cases in the control group.Patients in both groups received basic treatment of ischemic stroke unit during hospitalization.the experimental group received abdominal massage from 05:50 to 07:50 every day by meridian flow. The control group was given abdominal massage at any time after 05:50-07:50.The weekly complete independent defecation frequency(CSBMs)was taken as the main outcome index, and the constipation symptom score and the quality of life score of patients with constipation were taken as the secondary outcome index.the CSBMs,constipation symptom score and quality of life score of the two groups were recorded before intervention,1 week and 2weeks of intervention, respectively. The data collected in the experiment were compared and analyzed by SPSS25.0 software between groups and within groups.Results:1.The CSBMs of patients in both groups after 1 week of intervention was more than that before intervention, and the CSBMs of 2 weeks after intervention was better than that of 1week of intervention. There was no difference in CSBMs between the two groups after 1week of intervention, but the CSBM of patients in the experimental group was better than that of the control group after 2 weeks of intervention.2.After intervention, the first defecation time of the patients in the test group was shorter than that in the control group.3.After 1 week and 2 weeks of intervention, the total score of constipation in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant.4.There was no significant difference in the score of quality of life between the two groups after 1 week of intervention.after 2 weeks of intervention, the score of quality of life in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Abdominal massage by meridian flow injection is superior to routine abdominal massage in improving constipation symptoms, shortening the first defecation time and improving the quality of life of patients with ischemic stroke constipation caused by qi deficiency and blood stasis.2.Abdominal massage by meridian flow injection has better immediacy and delay than conventional abdominal massage.3.The combination of abdominal massage technology and meridian flow theory provides a theoretical basis for the operation time of abdominal massage technology, standardizes the operation of TCM clinical nursing technology, and improves the clinical nursing effect of TCM.It plays a positive role in improving nursing quality.
