Objective: To observe the clinical effect of "Tiaoshentongfu" acupuncture combined with abdominal massage to treat post-stroke constipation,so as to provide the clinic with an accurate, safe and simple treatment plan. Methods: In this clinical trial study,60 patients with post-stroke constipation that met the inclusion criteria were collected, and the included patients were divided into an observation group and a control group using randomized control methods,30 cases in each group, and both groups received basic treatment. The group adopts the treatment method of abdominal massage, and the observation group adopts "Tiaoshentongfu" acupuncture method on the basis of the control group. The patients in both groups were treated once a day, followed by 6 days of continuous treatment and 1 day of rest. One week was a course of treatment, and a total of 2 courses of treatment. Before the treatment and after the treatment, observe the changes in the number of patients' weekly total voluntary bowel movements(CSBMs),constipation symptom scores, and constipation patient quality of life evaluation form(PAC-QOL)scores,statistical analysis and clinical efficacy evaluation.Result:1.The CSBMs of the two groups of patients were significantly higher than those before treatment(both P<0.01);and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.01),with statistically significant significance.2.The sub-item scores of constipation symptoms of two groups of patients after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment(both P<0.05);compared between the groups, the observation group had better improvement effect on defecation interval, speed of defecation, and difficulty of defecation than the control group. It has statistical significance(P<0.05).3.The total score of constipation symptoms after treatment in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(both P<0.01),and the reduction of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.4.The PAC-QOL scores of the two groups of patients after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment(both P<0.01);and the reduction of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).5.Comparing the treatment effects of the two groups, the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.7%.After Ridit analysis, the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the total effective rate of the observation group was better.Conclusion:1.This study shows that the combination of "Tiaoshentongfu" acupuncture combined with abdominal massage and abdominal massage is effective for treating post-stroke constipation. The former can effectively increase the CSBMs of the patient's weeks and can effectively improve the patient's bowel function;at the same time,it can effectively reduce the PAC-QOL score,Increase the quality of life of patients, and the treatment effect is significantly better than the control group.2.Tiaoshentongfu" acupuncture combined with abdominal massage therapy group has better curative effect in the treatment of post-stroke constipation, which is better than abdominal massage group without obvious adverse reactions. It is a kind of clinical worthy and effective method.
