Observation On The Curative Effect Of ZiWuLiuZhu NaZi Method In The Treatment Of Stroke (Wind-Phlegm Entering Collaterals Syndrome) Limb Motor Dysfunction

Purpose:From the frontal angle of time acupuncture,based on the theory of Ziwu Liuzhu Nazi method,this thesis explores the influence of different treatment time on the curative effect in the treatment of post-stroke limb motor dysfunction,and the application of this method to the treatment Evaluation of the feasibility of limb motor dysfunction after stroke,based on clinical treatment and observation,aims to alleviate the pain of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and enrich the acupuncture treatment methods for stroke.Method:A total of 60 patients with post-stroke limb motor dysfunction who met the inclusion criteria were included in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine with encephalopathy and acupuncture.statistically significant data.There were 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.Based on the "Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke in China 2018",it provides basic modern medical treatments such as "improving cerebral circulation,anti-platelet,controlling blood sugar,and stabilizing blood pressure".The acupuncture points of the two groups were selected by the acupoints of Tiaoshen Tongluo acupuncture combined with the clinical experience of Chief Physician Zhou Zhiliang,and the points selected by the Ziwuliuzhu Nazi method.The treatment group used the Ziwuliuzhu Nazi method for acupuncture at the time of acupoint opening,while the control group used the non-acupoint opening time for acupuncture.The treatment was once a day,14 days as a course of treatment,and a total of 1 course of treatment was carried out.The patients were followed up before treatment,14 days after treatment,and 4 weeks after treatment.The ability to evaluate clinical efficacy,and to evaluate the overall effect according to the "Criteria for Diagnosis and Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Diseases" formulated by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine,so as to evaluate the improvement of limb motor function by Ziwu Liuzhu Nazi method.Result:1.FMA assessment score:The scores of the two groups of patients before treatment,after treatment and during follow-up were compared between the two groups,and p<0.05 was calculated by statistics.The scores of the treatment group and the control group were compared between the groups after treatment and during the follow-up,and the statistical calculation was p<0.05.It shows that the corresponding treatment methods of the two groups are effective in improving the motor dysfunction of patients,and the treatment group has better curative effect.2.Barthel index score:the scores of the two groups of patients after treatment and during follow-up were compared with the treatment in pairs,and the calculation was p<0.05.The scores of the treatment group and the control group were compared between the groups after treatment and during the follow-up,and p<0.05 was calculated.It shows that the treatment methods used in both the control group and the treatment group can improve the daily living ability of the patients,and the treatment group is better.3.The total effective rates of the two groups were 86.7%and 73.3%,respectively.After the rank sum test between the treatment group and the control group,the data were statistically different,p<0.05.The statistical results suggest that,from the perspective of the overall curative effect,both groups of patients can improve the overall condition through the corresponding treatment methods,and the treatment effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.In conclusion:1.The theory of acupuncture with the Ziwuliuzhu Nazi method and the common acupuncture method have certain curative effects in the treatment of stroke(wind-phlegm entering the collaterals syndrome)limb motor dysfunction.2.For patients with stroke(wind-phlegm entering collaterals),in terms of the improvement of limb motor function and daily living ability,the acupuncture of Ziwuliuzhunazi method is better than the ordinary acupuncture method.3.Meridian Liuzhu acupuncture is feasible for this disease under the theoretical guidance of timing and treatment.
