| ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the intervention effect of external application of Reyanbao on constipation after lumbar fracture surgery based on Ziwuliuzhu Nazi method,relieve early constipation after lumbar fracture surgery,and provide reference for TCM nursing technology to prevent and intervene constipation after lumbar fracture surgery Improve the quality of life of patients and provide data support.MethodsFrom December 2018 to April 2019,160 patients with lumbar fracture and constipation were divided into control group(80 cases)and experimental group(80cases),The nursing measures given to the patients in the routine group were as follows:(1)Objective to guide the patients who have not defecated 48 hours after the operation of lumbar fracture,and guide them to develop the habit of regular defecation;(2)Introduce the food rich in crude fiber to the patients and instruct them to drink at least 2000 ml of water every day;(3)Proper exercise,guiding patients to do functional exercise in bed three times a day,20 minutes each time,promoting the movement of Qi and blood in the whole body;(4)Instruct patients to push and rub their abdomen every day for 10 minutes.On the basis of the control group,the experimental group,based on the theory of Ziwuliuzhu Nazi method,selected acupoints according to syndrome differentiation,combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine Reyanbao,treated on the morning of the first day after operation,applied Reyanbao on specific acupoints for 15～20 minutes each time,applied once a day,1 week as a course of treatment,and the treatment cycle was 2weeks.The total effective rate,constipation symptom score,PAC-QOL score of the control group and the experimental group were compared before and 2 weeks after the intervention.The total effective rate of clinical efficacy was compared byX~2.The constipation symptom score,constipation quality of life questionnaire score were compared by paired sample t test within the group and two sample mean t test between the groups.ResultsParticipants:160 cases of lumbar fracture with constipation complications were included in this study,80 cases in the control group and 80 cases in the experimental group.Curative effect observation:in this study,the total effective rate of the experimental group was much higher than that of the experimental group,81.3%in the experimental group and 50.0%in the control group,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05)It is suggested that based on the theory of Ziwuliuzhu Nazi method,the external application of Reyanbao has obvious therapeutic effect on relieving constipation of patients with lumbar fracture,and the cure rate of patients is higher;after treatment,the constipation symptom scores of the control group and the experimental group are decreased(P<0.01),and the constipation symptom scores of the experimental group are significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).In addition,compared with before treatment and after treatment,the PAC-QOL quality of life scale score of the control group and the experimental group were decreased(P<0.01).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the PAC-QOL quality of life scale score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.01),suggesting that Ziwuliuzhu Nazi method external application method can relieve the psychological pressure of patients with lumbar fracture and constipation complications,and improve the quality of life of patients.ConclusionThe application of Ziwuliuzhu Nazi method to guide syndrome differentiation and acupoint selection,and the use of external application of Reyanbao to relieve constipation in patients,improve the symptoms of constipation,and is safe,efficient and non-toxic side effects. |
