Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Nazi Tuina On Functional Constipation With Weak Temper

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of Nazi massage for the treatment of functional constipation,and to explore the therapeutic effect of Nazi massage for the treatment of functional constipation,so as to provide a basis for the clinical treatment of functional constipation.MethodsPatients who met the criteria were divided into two equal groups according to the random number table,one group was labeled as treatment group and the other group was labeled as control group.The treatment group was treated with meridional flow massage 6 times a week and once a day for 2 weeks.Patients in the control group were treated with traditional massage as the control group,6 times a week,and the course of treatment was the same as that in the treatment group.The symptom scores of the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results1.The gender composition ratio,age distribution ratio and disease course distribution ratio before treatment were significantly different between the two groups participating in the treatment,and there was no significant difference in the distribution ratio of TCM symptom score samples(P>0.05).The observation group and the control group were comparable.2.Intra-group comparison before and after treatment:there was a significant difference in the distribution of samples before and after treatment between the observation group and the control group in TCM symptom score(P<0.05),and the TCM symptom score of the observation group and the control group after treatment was lower than that before treatment.The results showed that both the observation group and the observation group could improve the symptoms of defecation weakness,defecation time,fecal characters,defecation interval,fatigue,eating less and sweating after defecation.PAC-SYM scores of the observation group and the control group were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the PAC-SYM scores of the observation group and the control group were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment.The results showed that both the observation group and the observation group could improve the symptoms of stool,rectum and abdomen.3.The comparison between treatment group:the observation group and control group after treatment of TCM symptom scores between sample distribution has significant difference(P<0.05),the observation group symptom scores of traditional Chinese medicine in general is less than the control group,treatment group after defecate weakness,defecation time,excrement character,defecation interval and god fatigue,less food to stay,then empress sweat out a control group to reduce;There was a significant difference in the distribution of TCM symptom score samples between the observation group and the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the difference in TCM symptom score between the observation group and the control group was generally larger than that of the control group,and the improvement degree of the observation group was significantly decreased after treatment than that of the control group.The results showed that meridional flow Nazi massage in the observation group was better than conventional massage in improving defecation weakness,defecation time,fecal characters,defecation interval,mental fatigue,eating less and eating less,and sweating after defecation in the control group.There was a significant difference in the distribution of PAC-SYM score samples between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The PAC-SYM score of the observation group was generally smaller than that of the control group.There was a significant difference in the distribution of PAC-SYM score between the observation group and the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05).The difference in PAC-SYM score between the observation group and the control group was generally larger than that of the control group,and the degree of improvement in the observation'group decreased significantly after treatment compared with that in the control group.The results showed that the effect of Nazi massage by meridional flow in the observation group was better than that of the control group in improving fecal characters,rectal symptoms and abdominal symptoms.4.Overal1 efficacy comparison:there was a significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the distribution of efficacy levels(P<0.05),and the total effective rate,the number of cured samples and the number of significantly effective samples in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,indicating that the overall efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group.ConclusionIn the observation group,both the meridian flow massage regimen and the conventional difficult pushing regimen could achieve the effect of treating functional constipation,and the former had a more significant effect than the latter.
