| Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of oral Chinese medicine,self-made Buxiang prescription and Chinese patent medicine Jinying capsule in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods: Among the patients who attended the gynaecological clinic of Jilin Provincial Hospital from January 2020 to December 2020,72 patients were selected to meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese medicine certificate for the after-effects of pelvic inflammatory disease(wet heat knot certificate).All patients were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases each group.The treatment group was given oral chinese medicine particles without fennel,and the observation group was given chinese medicine oral.Observe the efficacy of the two groups after drug use.Results: A total of 68 patients were observed and counted,and 34 cases were treated and controlled.It is concluded that comparing the starting efficiency of the two groups after treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group is 91.18% and the control group is88.24%,which proves that the efficacy of the after-effects of the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease(wet heat knot evidence)is good and worthy of application and promotion.Conclusion: The curative effect of self-made Buxiang Decoction in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae(dampness heat stasis syndrome)is better than that of Jinying capsule,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical treatment and research and development. |
