The Observation Of Clinical Effect Of The Damp-heat Syndrome Type Sequelae Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Treating By Wang’s Empirical Prescription

Objective : To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Wangquan Kangfang combined with two antibiotics to treat pelvic inflammatory sequelae donor testing patients,and provide more theoretical basis for clinical treatment of pelvic inflammatory sequela.Methods:108 patients with SPIDs that meet the research design are included in the standard and exclude standards,and 54 cases were divided into two groups,treatment groups and control groups according to the random digital table.The control group used the second antibiotic treatment plan for levofloxacin sheet + metronidazole tablets.On the basis of antibiotic therapy,the control group was added to the treatment of Kangfang in the antibiotic treatment,7 days of 1 course,and treated 2 courses.Before treatment,after statistically analyzing,there was no significant difference in age,length of patients with diseases,Chinese medicine sympathetic integrals,and symposil.Observe the relief of clinical symptoms and the improvement of local signs of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and score;at the same time,record the clinical experimental data of the pelvic effusion and pelvic mass,CRP value and the positive rate of chlamydia infection in the two groups before and after treatment.Three month after the end of the follow-up,the recurrence rate was counted.SPSS 26.0 software was used to statistically analyze the recorded data,compared to the difference between clinical efficacy between the two groups.Results:1.This test included 108 patients,54 cases of treatment group,eliminated 4 cases(3cases did not take medicine according to regulations,1 case self-stop),the actual observation case was 50 cases;the control group was 54 cases,three cases of falling off,1case The actual observation of the case is 50 cases.2.Comparison of comprehensive efficacy: The total effective rate of the treatment group reached 88%,while the total efficiency of the control group was only 62%,and the comprehensive efficacy of the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.TCM symptoms comparison: The treatment group has a total of 92%.The control group has a total of 68%.The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms is preferred in the control group(P <0.05).4.Local synthetic efficacy comparison: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and the total efficiency of the control group was 72%,and the two groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).5.Two groups of patients during treatment had no significant nausea,abdominal discomfort and allergies and other adverse reactions,efficacy and safe.Conclusion : Wang’s female Kangfang combined with antibiotic can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with abdominal pain,lumbosacral pain,under the belt,and improve the local signs,while also reduce the volume of pelvic mass,reduce the pelvic effusion,and reduce the CRP.Numerical,long-term efficacy can reduce its recurrence rate;no adverse events in clinical treatment,high safety,worthy of further promotion.
