Clinical Observation Of Qingre Quyu Decoction In Treating Sequelae Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease With Damp-heat Stasis Syndrome

Object:In this study,the clinical observation of Qingre Quyu Recipe was treated patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of damp-heat stasis type,to evaluate the clinical efficiency and safety of Qingre Quy u Recipe in the treatment of the disease,and to provide a basis for clinical promotion Methods:In this study,60 patients with damp-heat stasis-type SPID who were treated in the gynecology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into 2 groups by random control number method,the treatment group was treated with Qingre Quyu Recipe,and the control group was treate d with gynecology Qianjin capsules.Based on the indications of syndromes and signs,self-scoring of patients' pain(Vas),pelvic inflammatory masses,disappearance of pelvic effusion,and clinical comprehensive scores,the relative scores and efficacy ind exes of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared and evaluated Clinical effect of Qingre Quyu Recipe in treating SPID patients with damp-heat stasis type.Reslut:There were no significant differences in the age,pelvic mass,pelvic effusion,pain visual analogue scale(VAS)method,local sign scores,TCM symptom scores,and comprehensive clinical score between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.After two consecutive courses of treatment,both groups of subjects were effective in improving pelvic masses and pelvic pain self-scoring(Vas method),but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).It shows that the two groups are equivalent in reducing pelvic mass and improving pelvic pain.The two groups of subjects had outstanding effects in improving TCM syndrome scores,local signs scores,clinical comprehensive scores,and pelvic effusion.The improvement of Qingre Quyu Recipe group was better than that of Fuqin Qianjin Capsule group(P<0.05).After the completion of the two courses of treatment,the total effective rate of Qingre Quyu Recipe in the treatment group was 90% better than that of the control group,which was 83.3%(P<0.05).The control group used the Fuke Qianjin Capsule,studies have shown that it can relieve pain symptoms in patients.It has been widely used in clinical treatment of pelvic inflammatory diseases.The treatment group used the self-designed experience formula of the instructor,and the actual clinical application was flexibly added or subtracted to achieve the functions of promoting blood circulation,removing stasis,clearing away heat and purging fire,and strengthening spleen and removing dampness.The 60 patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases selected in this study were all with damp-heat stasis syndrome.The two groups of patients had comprehensive treatment efficacy after 2 courses of treatment,TCM symptom score,local sign score,pain vis ual analog score(VAS)method,pelvic cavity.The improvement of effusions has a curative effect,indicating that both the self-made formula and the Fuke Qianjin Capsulecan improve the pelvic blood flow,reduce pelvic inflammation,and relieve abdominal pain and uterine tenderness.Conclusion:Application of Qingre Quyu Recipe in the treatment of patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease due to damp heat stasis syndrome,it can be seen that the Qingre Quyu Recipe group is better than the Fuke Qianjin Capsule group in improving local signs,TCM symptoms,and pelvic fluid.The Qingre Quyu Recipe has the value of promotion and application.
