The Clinical Observation Of Man Pen Yan Fang Decoction Therapy On Sequelae Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease With Accumulation And Stasis Of Damp-heat

Objective This project is to observe the clinic effect of Sequelae of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease(SPID)with Accumulation and stasis of damp-heat treated by Man Pen Yan Prescription,and providing evidences for clinical scientific application.Methods The subject used randomized and controlled method,78 cases of SPID with Accumulation and stasis of damp-heat collected from 2016.4~2017.1 in gynecologic outpatients in Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated hospital were divided into two groups randomly,and record the patient’s general condition,their syndrome signs,local signs,ultrasonic examination etc.39 cases in the experiment group were treated with Man Pen Yan Prescription;While 39 cases in the control group were treated with Jin Gang Teng grain.Two groups of patients were given medicine after the menstrual cycle was ended 3-5 days,15 days for one course of treatment,paused during the menstrual period,continued 2 courses of treatment.Through the changes of clinical symptoms,physical signs,pain scores and outcomes of ultrasound B of the patients after being treated for 2 courses to evaluate the clinical effect and to make statistical analysis.Results(1)Clinical observation result indicates that the total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms、local signs、comprehensive clinical effect on SPID of Accumulation and stasis of damp-heat treated by Man Pen Yan Prescription had been promoted: 94.44%、91.67%、97.22%,while 91.67%、77.78%、88.89% in the control group,The statistical analyses showed the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05),proving that the effectiveness is significantly superior to the control group.(2)With regard to the volume of liquid and the dimension of adnexal mass in pelvic cavity were significantly improved after treatment in therapy group(P<0.05),While there was no significant difference in the control group therapy on pelvic mass after treatment than before(P>0.05),After treatment the interclass comparison shows that the difference has statistical significan(P<0.05).(3)With regard to cleaning degree of vagina were significantly improved after treatment in therapy group and control group(P<0.05),After treatment the interclass comparison shows that there was no significant difference.Conclusion(1)Man Pen Yan Prescription can obviously alleviate clinical symptoms,physical signs of patients with SPID of Accumulation and stasis of damp-heat,and the treatment effect is better than therapy of Jin Gang Teng grain.(2)Man Pen Yan Prescription can promote the absorption of pelvic effusion and mass,and the effects are better than that of control group.Jin Gang Teng grain can significantly reduce pelvis effusion,but is not obvious in pelvic inflammatory mass.(3)There was no significant difference between the experiment group and the control group on cleaning degree of vagina.
