The Clinical Observation Of Zini Lingdan Decoction In Treating The Sequelae Of PID With Damp-heat Stasis Syndrome

Objective: This paper aims to compare the clinical manifestation of the patients who took of the zini lingdan decoction and Chinese patent medicine fule capsule,and the patients had the sequelae of PID With Damp-heat Stasis Syndrome was prerequisite.By this way,verifying the effectiveness and the safety and studying the function and the theory of the zini lingdan decoction,which supplied new approaches and curing gist for clinic.Methods: In pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae(hot and damp stasis syndrome)standard of syndromes of TCM,72 patients cases of sampling time,place,in January 2018-December 2018 in changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital patients with gynecological clinics,according to the time sequence to the patient,randomized,controlled study methods,the proposed all the 36 cases treatment group and observation group,because of many factors in the two groups,respectively,fall off in 2 cases,actual treatment group(34 cases,observation group of 34 cases.By observing the efficacy of the two groups after treatment and the TCM symptom scores before and after treatment in the two groups,and analyzing and conducting statistical analysis,the effectiveness and safety of the self-designed lingdan decoction in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae(syndrome of damp-heat and stasis)were finally verified.Results: Through this subject observation study,68 patients were observed,including 34 patients in the treatment group or in the control group.By comparing the curative effect of each group after treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 91.18%,while that of the control group was 88.24%.Therefore,the curative effect of lingdan decoction on this disease was significant,which was worthy of promotion and application.Conclusion: By observing the hot and damp stasis by the 68 cases of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae fall off(4 cases),statistical analysis to calculate quasi three Dan soup treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae(hot and damp stasis card)the curative effect is distinct,and safe and reliable,through clinical observation,since the quasi three Dan soup treatment of sequelae of PID(hot and damp stasis syndrome)of curative effect is superior to woman,in clinical studies,treatment is worth further promotion and application.
