Study On The Serum DA Content And Characteristics Of PSG Sleeping Structure Parameters Of Insomniacs With "Kidney-can’t-store-will" And "Spleen-can’t-storeidea" Types

Objective:In order to find out more laboratory evidence about diagnostic methods of five-mind type of insomnia in TCM for clinical promotion and application,the present study aims to explore the changes of dopamine（DA）content and structural parameters of polysomnography（PSG）in the serum of“Kidney-Can’t-Store-Will”and“Spleen-Can’t-Store-Idea”groups in the method of diagnosis of five-mind type of insomnia.Method:From June 2019 to January 2020,the inpatients diagnosed as insomnia by the Department of Mind of the Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Xinjiang Medical University were selected as the patients with insomnia.Then,30 patients with“Kidney-Can’t-Store-Will”and 31 patients with“Spleen-Can’t-Store-Idea”insomnia were selected according to the diagnostic method of TCM insomnia and five-spirit classification.The healthy population of the normal control group was selected from 30 outpatient clinics of the Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Xinjiang Medical University,with a total of 91.Result:（1）The sex and age of the spleen and kidney patients were comparable with those of the normal control group（P>0.05）.（2）There were statistical differences in DA content among the three groups（P<0.01）.Compared with the normal control group,there was a statistical difference in DA content between“Kidney-Can’t-Store-Will”and“Spleen-Can’t-Store-Idea”group（P<0.01）.Besides,there was a statistical difference in the comparison of DA content between“Kidney-Can’t-Store-Will”and“Spleen-Can’t-Store-Idea”group（P<0.01）.（3）As for the comparison of PSG sleep structure parameters in three groups,there were statistical differences in total sleep time（TST）,sleep latency（SL）,wakefulness time（WT）and non-rapid eye movement sleep（N3%、REM%）among the three groups（P<0.01）.However,there was no significant difference in non-REM sleep（N₁%、N₂%）（P>0.05）.Conclusion:The study also concluded that“Kidney-Can’t-Store-Will”patients are characterized by the increase of DA serum content,the prolongation of awakening time,the early waking and the difficulty of sleeping after awaking,while the increase of DA serum content,prolonged sleep latency of PSG,and difficult to fall asleep are the main feature of“Spleen-Can’t-Store-Idea”group.
