Study On Differences Among Lung-can’t-store-inferior Spirit Group And Kidney-can’t-store-will Group Divided By TCM Insomnia Classification Of Five-God On PSG

Objective: To Study on the differences among lung-can’t-store-inferior spirit group and kidney-can’t-store-will group divided by TCM insomnia classification of five-God on PSG, and to provide more clinical evidences for TCM insomnia classification of five-God about diagnosis and treat to lung-can’t-store-inferior spirit group and kidney-can’t-store-will group.Methods: From March 2013 to October 2014 during the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Chinese Medicine Hospital outpatient and inpatient diagnosis of insomnia patients, according to the classification of insomnia, according to the TCM of five-God method chosen lung-can’t-store-inferior spirit and kidney-can’t-store-will both40 cases as the case group. 40 cases of normal control group from the healthy people outpatient medical examination in the fourth affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university. Monitor them with polysomnography, compare and analyze the differences of parameters among various types of three groups.Results:(1) Lung-can’t-store-inferior spirit group and kidney-can’t-store-will group of TCM insomnia classification of five-God have obvious difference compared with the control group on PSG parameters.(2) There are obvious difference between lung-can’t-store-inferior spirit group and kidney-can’t-store-will group of TCM insomnia classification of five-God on PSG parameters(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are obvious difference between lung-can’t-store-inferior spirit group and kidney-can’t-store-will group of TCM insomnia classification of five-God on PSG parameters.
