Study On Characteristics Of Heart-can't-store-vitality Group And Kidney-can't-store-will Group Divided By TCM Insomnia Classification Of Five-God On PSG

Objective: To explore whether there are any differences and orderliness about sleep related parameters among heart-can't-store-vitality group and kidney-can't-store-will group of TCM insomnia classification of five-God in order to enrich the objective evidences of TCM insomnia classification of five-God further.Methods: The case groups were from hospitalized patients with insomnia of the department of psychiatry of the Affiliated TCM Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from November 2014 to July 2016.Selecting 45 cases of Heart-can't-store-vitality group and 45 cases of kidney-can't-store-will group according to the standard of TCM insomnia classification of five-God.The 45 cases of normal control group were from the Volunteers of medical examination center and Clinic of the Affiliated TCM Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University at the same time.Monitoring them with polysomnography,compare and analyze the differences and orderliness about sleep related parameters of 135 cases research objects of the three groups.Results:(1)Heart-can't-store-vitality group and kidney-can't-store-will group of TCM insomnia classification of five-God have obvious differences compared with the normal control group about sleep structure parameters and sleep process parameters.(2)There aren't differences about total sleep time,sleep efficiency,N1,N2,N3,the percentage of N1 and N3,NREM and the light sleep of heart-can't-store-vitality group and kidney-can't-store-will group of TCM insomnia classification of five-God.But the sleep latency,REM and the percentage of REM of heart-can't-store-vitality group are higher than them of kidney-can't-store-will group.Moreover,the awake time and the percentage of NREM,N2 and awake time of heart-can't-store-vitality group are less than them of kidney-can't-store-will group.Conclusion: There are significant differences between heart-can't-store-vitality group and kidney-can't-store-will group of TCM insomnia classification of five-God on sleep related parameters.
