Clinical Study Of Warming Spleen And Kidney,Resolving Turbidity And Storing Essence In The Treatment Of Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3-4(Syndrome Of Spleen-kidney Yang Deficiency)

Objective:The subject intends to observe the clinical efficacy of warming spleen and kidney and activating turbid essence in the treatment of chronic kidney disease stage 3-4(spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome)through a randomized controlled study,and further explore the TCM pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease,so as to better guide clinical practice.Methods: All patients come from jilin province hospital of nephrology outpatient service,proposed in 90 patients with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,western medicine diagnosis of chronic kidney disease(CKD)3-4 period,Chinese medicine diagnosis of chronic renal failure disease,strictly abide by the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,screening of eligible patients,using randomized controlled methods,ensure consistent foundation treatment,were divided into experimental group and control group 2 groups.Experimental group: warming spleen and kidney,turbidity and essence of the method of herbal decoction oral,the main: astragalus,cuscuta,caoguo and so on.Control group: uduqing granule was taken orally for 2 months,and the condition changes and relevant laboratory examination indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded,so as to summarize the clinical effectiveness and safety of warming spleen and kidney,turbidizing and storing essence in the treatment of this disease.Results:First,The efficacy of the two groups was compared and calculated,and the clinical comprehensive efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(p=0.013<0.05);The effective rate of TCM syndrome in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(p=0.047<0.05).The statistical difference of clinical symptoms between the two groups before and after treatment was analyzed;Second,The laboratory examination results of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were analyzed one by one,and it was found that the differences in the following indicators before and after treatment by chi-square test were statistically significant(p < 0.05).The effect of 2 microglobulin,carbon dioxide,parathyroid hormone,serum creatinine and endogenous creatinine clearance rate in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group.The difference between cystatin C values before treatment(p < 0.05)was statistically significant,while the difference after treatment(p > 0.05)was not statistically significant.The difference between the two groups was analyzed,and the effect of the experimental group on cystatin C was greater than that of the control group;Third,During the whole treatment process,there was no adverse event,indicating that the two groups of treatment for chronic kidney disease stage 3-4 has a good security.Conclusion:Foundation treatment with traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth after treatment,patients in urinary open beta 2 microglobulin,C,carbon dioxide,parathyroid hormone,serum creatinine,endogenous creatinine clearance,the clinical comprehensive efficacy,TCM symptoms curative effect is better than that in control group,in the process of the test without the occurrence of adverse events and safety indices abnormal,proves that Chinese medicine treatment is safe;Through the summary of this study,it is concluded that the method of warming the spleen and kidney and activating turbidity and storing essence in the treatment of chronic kidney disease stage 3-4(spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome)has certain clinical efficacy,safe and non-toxic side effects,and is worth promoting in clinical practice.
