Research On The Service Of Combination Of Medical Care And Nursing Of Community In Taiyuan From The Perspective Of Supply And Demand

Since China entered the aging society in 2000,the age of the elderly has gradually increased,and the risk of illness has also gradually increased,so higher requirements have been put forward for pension services.The rise of community pension is relatively late,and the situation of paying attention to pension service and weakening medical service has existed for a long time.Therefore,the integration of medical and pension resources in the community and the promotion of medical and pension services can better meet the growing diversified medical and pension needs of the elderly,in order to achieve the goal of healthy pension.Taiyuan,as the capital city of Shanxi Province,took the lead in the aging population society.At the same time,the reduction of family endowment function makes the social endowment burden pressure greater.In this context,in order to meet the medical needs of the elderly as a starting point,the work of combining medical and nursing services is included in the key projects of deepening reform in Taiyuan.Community is an important link in the elderly network and plays an important role in promoting the integration of medical and nursing services.In 2019,Taiyuan Municipal Government issued the Implementation Opinions on Promoting the Reform and Development of Standardization Work(2019-2020),which proposed to complete the establishment of the community elderly care service and the combination of medical and nursing care service standard system in 2020,vigorously promote the combination of community medical and nursing care service,and make community medical and nursing care more professional and standardized.Through the establishment of cooperative relationship between community health service center(station)and community elderly care service center,the community can provide life care,medical rehabilitation,spiritual comfort and other services,effectively integrate the elderly care and medical resources,and help improve the construction of medical and nursing service system.Based on the perspective of supply and demand,this paper selected the integrated community medical and nursing care services in Taiyuan as the research object.Through sorting out relevant policies,questionnaire survey,interview and other methods were adopted to understand the current situation of integrated community medical and nursing care services in Taiyuan in detail.The survey results show that the needs of the elderly are diversified,comprehensive and professional.The development of community medical and nursing services has achieved initial results,and the life of the elderly in their later years has been improved to a certain extent.However,due to the short development time,there are still many problems.There are some problems,such as lack of sufficient funds,small number of staff,poor professionalism,imperfect infrastructure and insufficient policy support,which lead to insufficient service supply capacity and poor service supply accuracy.And,there is a real dilemma that the elderly are unable to consume medical and nursing services.Therefore,combined with the actual situation of Taiyuan City,this paper puts forward some improvement suggestions from the perspective of improving the supply main body’s medical and nursing service ability,strengthening the professionalism and accuracy of medical and nursing service supply,and improving the elderly’s payment ability,so as to enhance the popularization,standardization and effectiveness of community medical and nursing service.In order to further promote the optimization and development of the combination of medical and nursing services in Taiyuan City,it will contribute a little to actively deal with the aging population and better protect the health of the elderly.
