Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Luteinizing Decoction Combined With Didroxyprogesterone On Infertility With Luteal Insufficiency Of Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depression Type

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of luteinizing decoction combined with didroxyprogesterone on infertile patients with luteal insufficiency,to compare the level of progesterone(P),estradiol(E2),tumor necrosis factor α,endometrial thickness,basal body temperature,TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,and the total effective rate and pregnancy rate after treatment between the two groups,to explore the clinical mechanism of luteinizing decoction combined with didroxyprogesterone in the treatment of infertility due to luteal insufficiency,to provide a highly effective,safe,less toxic and side effects,easy to accept treatment for infertility patients with luteal insufficiency.Methods:Sixty infertile patients with luteal insufficiency diagnosed as kidney deficiency and liver depression were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group.Treatment group:after ovulation began to take luteinizing Decoction and didroxyprogesterone for 10 days,three menstrual cycles.Control group:after ovulation began to take didroxyprogesterone for 10 days,three menstrual cycles.The levels ofprogesterone(P),estradiol(E2),tumor necrosis factor α,endometrial thickness,basal body temperature,TCM syndrome score,total effective rate and pregnancy rate were observed before and after treatment.Results:1.The levels of progesterone(P),estradiol(E2),tumor necrosis factor α,,endometrial thickness,basal body temperature and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were improved significantly after treatment(P<0.05),After treatment,the two groups were compared,in the aspects of progesterone(P),estradiol(E2),tumor necrosis factor α,,endometrial thickness,basic body temperature,TCM syndrome score,the treatment group improved more significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.The total effective rate was 92%in the treatment group and 70.37%in the control group;the cumulative pregnancy rate of the treatment group was 56.67%,and that of the control group was 23.33%,the total effective rate and pregnancy rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)Conclusion:Luteinizing decoction combined with didroxyprogesterone can significantly improve the level of infertility of luteal insufficiency of kidney deficiency and liver depression type of progesterone(P)and estradiol(E2),increase the thickness of endometrium,improve the basic body temperature and TCM syndrome score,and reduce the level of tumor necrosis factor α,it has the advantages of improving luteal function,increasing pregnancy rate,good clinical effect,high cure rate and little side effects,which is worthy of clinical application.
