Observation Of Clinical Curative Effect Of Bushen Huoxue Sequential Therapy For Infertility Due To Luteal Phase Defect Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Objective:By observing the follicular development, endometrial receptivity and the ovarian artery blood flow (Pulsatility index, Resistance index, peak systolic velocity, End-diastolic velocity) of mid luteal phase,the sex hormone levels (P, E2, LH) of mid luteal phase of the infertility patients due to luteal phase defect of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type, while analyzing the clinical efficacy of Ziyin Huoxue/Bushen Zhuyun sequential therapy according to the Kidney deficiency and blood stasis and other objective indicators,we are expected to reveal the clinical efficacy of the Ziyin Huoxue/Bushen Zhuyun sequential therapy in improving the luteal function,thus finding a more effective treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for curing infertility due to luteal phase defect.Methods:20 patients of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type with infertility due to luteal phase defect were treated by Ziyin Huoxue/Bushen Zhuyun sequential treatment of 3 menstrual cycles.The clinical efficacy was compared before and after the treatment to observe the method to improve the situation of clinical symptoms, follicular development,endometrial thickness and the sex hormone levels(E2, P, LH) of Implantation period and ovarian arteryblood flow resistance.Results:After treatment of 20 patients of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type with infertility due to luteal phase defect,the total effective rate was 90%, the cure rate was 30%, the clinical symptoms,the main follicular diameter,endometrial thickness on ovulation day, P,LH, ovarian artery blood flow resistance was significantly improved.Conclusion:Luteal phase defect is a syndrome of hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis of each link of different degrees of function imbalance. Ziyin Huoxue/Bushen Zhuyun sequential therapy can regulate the HPO axis from the overall to restore the balance and improve the basal body temperature,promote endometrial growth and follicular growth and development, improve endocrine, reduce ovarian blood flow resistance of the patients with infertility of LPD with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,so as to improve the clinical pregnancy rate.It proves the effectiveness of the treatment by TCM of kidney deficiency and blood stasis of infertility due to luteal phase defect.It is worth further study.
