Luteal Phase Defect(LPD) is a kind of disease what with shortage of luteal function after ovulating,secreteing and synthesizing less progesterone,causing the dystrophia of endometrium,making against germ cell bedding in endometrium,and result in barren or earlier periods miscarriage.The disease belongs to " have no baby"," embryo-leak ","disorder of menstruation" and so on in Traditonal Chinese Medicine.The patients suffering infertility caused by LPD occupied a proportion of 3.5%～10%.Nowadays,the usual treatment of Western Medicine for the disease is hormone therapeutics, the clinical curative effect is not very good,meanwhile, there are certain complications and side effects. Based on the clinical experiences and the study of literatures of Western Medicine and Chinese Ancient Medicine, Pro.Jin Zhe regarded"reinforcing kidney and strengthening spleen"as the basic curing principle,put forward"YuPao-Yin"and"JianHuang-Tang"which are applied respectively in follicular phase and luteal phase,and provided a new therapy path for infertility of LPD.This research is the first step study about clinical effective and therapeutical mechanism of therapy in"LPD-infertility"by"reinforcing kidney and strengthening spleen".This dissertation contains two parts: the summary of literatures and the clinical study.The summary of literatures summarized the study and understanding of LPD-infertility in Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine,the main content is about the study of pathogeny and Chinese Medicine therapy. The clinical study is about clinical effective of therapy in"LPD-infertility"by"reinforcing kidney and strengthening spleen".20 cases of patients of LPD-infertility which had been diagnosed in our outpatient clinic were chosen and provided"YuPao-Yin"and"JianHuang-Tang"respectively in follicular phase and luteal phase. A course contained three menstrual cycles.This clinical research results that ,for 20 cases with the method, according to the main index and Chinese Medicine syndromes,the curative effect rate is 90.0% and 85.0%,"reinforcing kidney and strengthening spleen"could alleviate the clinical symptoms of the sufferer in LPD,increase the serum content of progester- one in luteal phase,prolong high-temperature of basal body temperature,shorten the transforming time of high-low temperature, but there is no obvious effect in enhancing estradiol level.
