| Objective: To observe the difference of therapeutic effects between acupuncture and herb combined therapy and simple acupuncture therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with liver and kidney deficiency,and preliminarily evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and herb combined therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with liver and kidney deficiency,so as to provide reference for the optimization of therapeutic scheme for lumbar disc herniation with liver and kidney deficiency.Methods: From November 2018 to October 2019,patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the Pain Center of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Acupuncture Department of Jinan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into the observation group(combined acupuncture and medicine)with 33 patients and the control group(acupuncture only)with 33 patients.Observe the treatment situation of the two groups closely,and analyze the difference of curative effect after the treatment course is over.Results: 1.During the study,the observation group and the control group shed two cases respectively,and 62 effective cases were included.2.In-group comparison,VS score and syndrome score decreased after treatment compared with the two groups before treatment,J0 score After treatment,both groups were higher than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Comparison between groups after treatment,the VAS score and syndrome score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the J0 A score in the observation group was higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.the cure rate of observation group was 70.97%,while that of control group was 45.16%,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).view the difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.55%,while that in the control group was 87.10%,with a uniform difference.The significance of mathematics(P<0.05).Conclusion: Combination of acupuncture and herb and simple acupuncture have good therapeutic effects on lumbar disc herniation due to liver and kidney deficiency.The combination of acupuncture and herb is better and more effective than acupuncture alone in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with liver and kidney deficiency. |
