Clinical Observation On The Comprehensive Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation(Liver And Kidney Deficiency) With Zuo Guiwan Plus And Subtraction Combined With Acupuncture

Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of Zuo Guiwan plus and subtraction combined with acupuncture in treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(liver and kidney deficiency),so as to determine the clinical value of the treatment plan for liver and kidney deficiency lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods: this study collected patients who had been admitted to the orthopaedic clinic of the affiliated hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2018 to December 2018,and who were diagnosed with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,liver and kidney deficiency,and screened the patients according to the criteria for inclusion and exclusion.In the end,60 patients were admitted to the group,all of whom were given Zuo Guiwan plus or minus plus acupuncture treatment.The treatment course was 1 month.All 60 patients were studied by using the control method before and after treatment.The relevant values of JOA score,VAS score and syndrome score of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were recorded before and after the treatment of the patients,and the various parameters collected before and after the treatment were statistically analyzed and compared,and the experimental conclusions were finally obtained.Results: After the statistical calculation and analysis of the various numerical scores recorded before and after treatment,it was concluded that after statistical analysis of VAS pain scores in patients before and after treatment,the results showed T = 12.055,P<0.05,which shows that the data is statistically significant,which proves that the VAS pain score of patients after treatment is significantly lower than before treatment,which means that this treatment method has a significant effect on reducing pain symptoms in patients and is worth promoting.After statistical analysis of the JOA score of the lumbar spine before and after treatment,the results showed T =?13.773,P<0.05,which shows that the data is statistically significant,which shows that the JOA score of lumbar spine after treatment is significantly higher than before treatment,and proves that this treatment plan has asignificant effect in improving lumbar functional activity.After statistical analysis of the quantitative analysis score of lumbar disc herniation before and after treatment,the result was T = 18.942,P<0.05,which shows that this data is statistically significant,proves that the treatment plan has a significant effect in improving symptoms.After statistical analysis of the efficiency of treatment for men and women,the results showed Z =?0.024,P = 0.98> 0.05,which is not statistically significant,thus proves that there is no significant difference between the sexes in this treatment.Of all patients,cure: 7,apparent effect: 31,effective: 19,invalid: 3.Overall efficiency can be as high as 95 %.Conclusion: the experimental study shows that the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(liver,kidney,yin and deficiency)with the addition and subtraction of Zuogui pill and acupuncture has significant curative effect,and there is no serious adverse reaction,and the cost of treatment is also low,and it is worth clinical promotion.
