The Research Of Acupuncture Combined With Duhuo Jisheng Decoction On Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency Lumbar Disc Herniation Clinical Curative Effect

Objective:The research using the random contrast test to observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on Treatment of kidney deficiency lumbar disc herniation clinical curative effect.The control groups were treated with routine acupuncture therapy and oral traditional Chinese medicine.The study has evaluated the clinical efficacy of three treating methods objectively,discussed the clinical significance of acupuncture combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on Treatment of kidney deficiency lumbar disc herniation,provided the basis for treating the disease thoroughly.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,96 patients were selected and randomly divided into combined treatment group,acupuncture group,traditional Chinese medicine group,with 32 cases in every group.The treatment methods of acupuncture group:the choice of vital acupuncture points reference summary of treat symptom of great compendium of acupuncture and moxibustion were Shenshu point,Weizhong point,Taixi point,Baihuanshu point.The selection of adjunct acupuncture points were Huantiao point,Yanglingquan point,Dachangshu point.We have chosen reinforcing dominated method in manipulation of acupuncture and needling manipulation of the reinforcing and reducing manipulation methods of great compendium of acupuncture and moxibustion.In addition,Shenshu point also use the acupuncture and moxibustion method.This treatment gave once a day,a course of treatment has 15 days.Overall treatment time was 2 courses and the interval of course was 2 days.The treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine group: Duhuo Jisheng Decoction by orally which include Angelica pubescens,parasitic loranthus,gentiana straminea maxim,radix sileris,Asarum,Chinese Angelica,Ligusticum wallichii,Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata,white peony root,cassia twig,Poria cocos,Achyranthes bidentata Blume,Dangshen,Radix Glycyrrhiza,tu-chung.This decoction gave dose every day,a course oftreatment has 15 days.Overall treatment time was 2 courses and the interval of course was 2 days.The treatment methods of combined treatment group:Acupuncture and Duhuo Jisheng Decoction were used in association.The acupuncture method was in keeping with acupuncture group,the medication rules method was in line with traditional Chinese medicine group.The related indexes which refer to Japanese orthopedic association low backpain score(JOA),roland-morris disability questionnaire(RMQ)and the testing result of surface electromyography were detected after each course,recorded the data for statistical analysis.Results:Compared with pre-treatment,the total JOA scores of combined treatment group have risen sharply after a course of treatment and 2 courses(P<0.05),the difference is statistically significant.The total JOA scores of acupuncture group and traditional Chinese medicine group have few changes after a course of treatment(P>0.05),but after 2 courses of treatment,they were both higher than pre-treatment(P < 0.05).Compared with acupuncture group and traditional Chinese medicine group,the total JOA scores of combined treatment group have risen sharply after a course of treatment and 2 courses(P<0.05).But there is no difference in the total JOA scores between the acupuncture group and the traditional Chinese medicine group after a course of treatment and 2 courses(P>0.05).Compared with pre-treatment,the JOA scores of combined treatment group have risen sharply in subjective symptoms,clinical signs and limitation of daily activities after a course of treatment and 2 courses(P<0.05).These three kinds of JOA scores of acupuncture group and traditional Chinese medicine group were also higher than pre-treatment after a course of treatment,which had no differences after 2 courses of treatment.Compared with pre-treatment,the JOA scores of all groups in bladder function have few differences after a course of treatment and 2 courses(P>0.05).Compared with acupuncture group and traditional Chinese medicine group,the JOA scores of combined treatment group were higher in subjective symptoms,clinical signs and limitation of daily activities after a course of treatment and 2 courses(P<0.05),but there were no difference in bladder function(P>0.05).There is no difference in the four kinds of JOA scores between the acupuncture group and the traditional Chinese medicine group after a course of treatment and 2 courses(P>0.05).Analysed the s EMG data,we found that the combined treatment group,acupuncture group and traditional Chinese medicine group?s RMS and MF of A electrode and B electrode were all have few change after a course of treatment(P>0.05).After 2 courses of treatment,acupuncture group and traditional Chinese medicine group?s RMS and MF of A electrode and B electrode were also have few change(P>0.05).But the combined treatment group?s RMS of A electrode and B electrode were lower than pre-treatment,the MF were all higher than pre-treatment(P<0.05).After a course of treatment,3 groups? RMS and MF of A electrode and B electrode were all have few change(P>0.05).After 2 courses of treatment,Compared with acupuncture group?s RMS of A electrode and B electrode were all more lower(P<0.05),and the MF were all more higher(P<0.05).Compared with acupuncture group,the RMS and MF of A and B electrode of traditional Chinese medicine group have few difference(P>0.05).Compared with pre-treatment,the 3 groups lumbar dysfunction questionnaire scores(RMQ scores)were all more lower after a course of treatment and 2 courses(P<0.05).Compared with acupuncture group and traditional Chinese medicine group,the RMQ scores of the combined treatment group have changed more obviously after a course of treatment and 2 courses(P<0.05),but there was few change between acupuncture group and traditional Chinese medicine group(P>0.05).The numbers of cure,remarkable effect and effect after 2 courses of treatment in the acupuncture group were 2,8 and 13 cases respectively,the cure rate was 33.33% and the total effective rate was 76.66%.The numbers of cure,remarkable effect and effect after 2 courses of treatment in the traditional Chinese medicine group were 1,5 and 16 cases respectively,the cure rate was 20.69% and the total effective rate was 75.86%.The numbers of cure,remarkable effect and effect after 2 courses of treatment in the combined treatment group were 6,16 and 8 cases respectively,the cure rate was 73.33% and the total effective rate was 100%.The cure rate and the total effective rate of the combined treatment group was more higher than the acupuncture group and traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).The cure rate and the total effective rate of the acupuncture group was higher than the traditional Chinese medicine group,but there have no statistics significance(P>0.05).Conclusions:Analyzed the JOA scores,we found that the cure rate and total effective rate of acupuncture combined Duhuojisheng Decoction to treat hepatic and renal deficiency type LDH were 73.33%,100%,which were significantly better than the control groups(P<0.05).The short-term(a course of treatment,15 days)efficacy that was treated by only acupuncture or oralling Duhuojisheng Decoction to treat hepatic and renal deficiency type LDH were not obvious,but using acupuncture combined Duhuojisheng Decoction to treat the LDH could observe curative effect.The combination therapy lies in the improvement of subjective symptoms,clinical signs and limitation of daily activities of the LDH was better than the control groups.From the s EMG testing result,compared with the control groups we found that the combination therapy could enhance the muscle tone and anti-fatigue ability of the erector spine muscles more.The total effective rate of the acupuncture treatment was 76.66%.It have proved that the acupuncture prescriptions of Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion could be used into clinic.In the academic idea--Acupuncture,moxibustion and traditional Chinese medicine not a single one can be omitted,we have combined the Duhuojisheng decoction to treat hepatic and renal deficiency type LDH,which total effective rate was amazing 100%.This research result could raise a question about the current situation of the branches of the traditional Chinese medicine to some extent.
