Based On Data Mining Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Sequelae Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease With Damp Heat And Blood Stasis Drugs Law Of The Use And Clinical Study

Objective:To search the clinical literature of traditional Chinese medicine for researching the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of damp-heat and stasis type in the past 30 years,and to explore the law of prescription medication law and to get new prescription based on modern research methods of literature,according to TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,the new prescription was redrafted and applied to clinical practice to observe its clinical effect.Methods:1.Literature research:This article retrieves relevant research literatures on the sequelae of damp-heat-stasis-type pelvic inflammatory disease published in Chinese medicine from January 1989 to January 2019 from the Chinese journal database CNKI,viper database and wanfang medical database,The research and analysis of prescription drugs in the literature was conducted through the software platform of "Traditional Chinese Medicine Assistance Platform(V2.5)".2.Clinical observation:The 60 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group 30 cases,the experimental group orally took the new prescript ion,and the control group orally took Fuyanshu capsules,observe the improvement of symptoms before and after treatment in two groups of patients,changes in TCM syndrome scores,changes in hemorheology index,uterine artery pulsatility index and resistance index.Results:1.Literature research part:From the collected more than 610 articles,we have compiled a total of 219 documents that meet the standards,202 prescriptions,containing a total of 187 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,mainly heat clearing medicine,blood circulation and blood stasis medicine,tonic deficiency medicine,diuretic wetting medicine,and the statistics of the four properties are mainly cold,warm and calm;the statistics of five tastes are mainly bitter,sweet and spicy;the meridian of drugs is mainly liver,heart and spleen meridian.We obtained 56 commonly used drug combinations,43 association rules,26 core combinations,and 13 new clustering prescriptions.2.Clinical observation part:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.7%,and the control group was 83.3%,the comparison between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05),there were differences in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),there were significant difference in local physical signs before and after treatment(P<0.01),after treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistical ly significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the scores of local physical signs between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.01).There was significant difference in hemorheology index,uterine artery pulsation index and resistance index between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups after treatment and before treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusions:The main cause of the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of damp-heat stasis type is damp heat and blood stasis,blocking the Qi machine,the treatment is to clear heat and dampness and promote blood circulation.
