Based On Data Mining Methods For Contemporary Chinese Gynecologists Study On The Rule Of Drug Administration In Treating Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Sequelae

Object:This study collects and collates the medical records,experience summaries,and clinical works of the famous contemporary gynecologists in the book “Experiences of the Masters of Traditional Chinese Gynaecology” and uses a combination of modern statistical analysis and computer data analysis to trace the source and explore pelvic inflammatory disease.The characteristics of syndrome differentiation of sequelae of sexual diseases and the laws of the treatment of drugs by famous contemporary gynecologists to tap the connection between disease,syndromes,prescriptions,and medicines enable the inheritance and development of the academic experience of the treatment of pelvic inflammatory sequelae by modern Chinese gynecologists.Methods:Computer electronic retrieval and manual retrieval,retrieval time until February 2018),collecting Chinese journal full-text database of CNKI(THTF)in the "Chinese masters of department of gynaecology experience heart enlightenment" in contemporary famous all about pelvic inflammatory disease of department of gynaecology differentiation syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the literature;At the same time,in the vapp and wanfang database,we searched for the journals that were not included in the former,which were complementary to each other,and manually searched the relevant clinical works of the doctors,and entered into the standard.Data table was established based on Excel spreadsheet,all data will be collected by pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae disease type,TCM syndrome types,drug efficacy,sexual flavour to the classification,the use of statistical methods for all the evidence,by the party,Chinese medicine frequency statistics,application of association rules mining,certificate,party,medicine two potential links between the two,to explore possible cause of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae and treatment law,summed up the contemporary famous for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease of department of gynaecology and drug laws.Results:(1)The main syndromes of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae can be classified into 5 types.The order of occurrence is from dampness to heat stasis syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,kidney deficiency blood stasis syndrome and cold dampness stagnation syndrome.The pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae have the same pattern of distribution of major types of chronic pelvic pain;Pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae The main syndrome types of tubal obstruction or stagnant water were the highest frequency of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,followed by dampness and heat stasis syndrome,kidney deficiency stasis syndrome,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and dampness stagnation syndrome;Pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae inflammatory masses mainly dampness and heat stasis syndrome and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome frequency is the same,ranking first,followed by qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,cold stagnation syndrome,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.(2)The classical prescription for treating the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease is: Four reverse scattered,Guizhi Fuling Pills,Danggui Shaoyao Powder,Shixiao Powder,Xiaoyao Powder,Jinlingzi Powder,Simiao Pills;Commonly used experience formulas are: Chaizhibaijiang Decoction,Chushihuayu Decoction,Bailiansanjie Decoction,Tongrenzhongzi Decoction,Penyan Decoction,Yinjia Pills,Huanninganchong Decoction.(3)A total of 235 herbal medicines were used to treat complications of pelvic inflammatory diseases.The total frequency of use was 5477,and the average frequency of use was 23.The top 10 taste drugs used are: Akasaka,Angelica,Radices Paeoniae Alba,Licorice,Bupleurum Bupleurum,Fuling,Corydalis Corydalis,Xiang Fu,Chuanxiong,Zhishi.Pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae Chronic pelvic pain commonly used pain medications are: Akasaka,Angelica,Corydalis Corydalis,Xiang Fu,Zhishi,Chuanxiong,Red-rooted Salvia,Patrinia,Caulis,Melia Melia and so on;The highest frequency of use of blood stasis analgesic drugs was used,followed by qi and analgesic drugs.Pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae Tubal obstruction or hydronephrosis commonly used meridians drugs are: Lulu Tong,Earthworm,Photinia leaf,Centipede,Lignum et folium trachelospermi;Lishui swelling drugs are often used: Lulu Tong,Pangolin,Fuling,Achyranthes,Spiny spines and so on.Pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae inflammatory mass commonly used to promote blood circulation and phlegm drugs: Radix Paeoniae Paeoniae,Angelica,Peach kernel,Patrinia,Peony skin and so on.Dispelling the symptoms of the drug is: Ezhu,Sanleng,Dandelion,Kelp,Seaweed and so on.(4)Treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine cold to the main,warm,flat,followed by;drug taste to bitter taste-based,Xin,Gan second;due to the liver,spleen-based.(5)Drugs that are strongly associated with moist heat debridement syndromes are: Caulis,Bupleurum Bupleurum,Patrinia,Paeonia lactiflora,Corydalis Corydalis,Zhishi,Dandelion.Drugs with strong association with qi stagnation and blood stasis: Licorice,Bupleurum Bupleurum,Radix Paeoniae Paeoniae,Red-rooted Salvia,Angelica,Xiang Fu,Peach kernel,Zhishi and Chuanxiong.Drugs that are strongly associated with qi deficiency and blood stasis are: Atractylodes,Fuling,Licorice,Angelica,Paeonia lactiflora,Chuanxiong and Bupleurum Bupleurum.Kidney Deficiency Blood Stasis Syndrome has associated drugs: Paeonia lactiflora,Radix rehmanniae Rehmanniae,Angelica,Shanyao,Patrinia and Fuling.Cold and humid stagnation cards have associated drugs: Akasaka,Fuling,Cassia Twig,Peony skin,Peach kernel,Chuanxiong and Fennel.(6)Treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequela commonly used two drugs: Ligusticum chuanxiong-Fructus angelica,Fructus aurantii-Radix Bupleuri,Alisma-Poria cocos,safflower-Angelica,Fructus aurantii Immaturus-licorice;Triple drugs have: Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma Chuanxiong angelica,Achyranthes bidentata licorice-Fructus aurantii Immaturus,Rhizoma salvia miltiorrhizae-Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae-rhizoma curcumae,Ramulus Cinnamomi-Cortex Moutan-radix paeoniae rubra,Rhizoma alismus-Radix Paeoniae Alba-Angelica sinensis;Commonly used quadruple drugs have: Rhizoma Chuanxiong-liquorice-Radix Paeoniae-Angelica,Rhizoma Paeoniae-Chuanxiong-tuckahoe-Angelica,Chuanxiong-Paeoniae-Radix Paeoniae Radix Angelicae,Rhizoma Paeoniae-Chuanxiong-Radix Angelicae,Fructus aurantii Paeoniae-Paeoniae Radix Paeoniae Radix Bupleuri and Radix Bupleuri.Conclusion:(1)The complications of inflammatory events in pelvic inflammatory diseases are imaginary and practical,and the evidence is mainly empirical.(2)The classic recipe for pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae is the most effective prescription for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,followed by Liver qi and Qingre Lishi efficacy prescription.The efficacy of the self-preparation formula is basically the same,and the dosage form is more diversified,but the repeatability of use frequency is lower than that of the classic formula.(3)Pelvic inflammatory disease sequela,chronic pelvic pain,analgesic effect,frequency of drugs is about half of the total frequency of such diseases.Especially the medicine of removing blood stasis and relieving pain and relieving pain of gas;the use of the medicine of the fallopian tube obstruction or water accumulation with the pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae with the efficacy of removing swelling and dredging collaterals is more used.The frequency of drug used in the prescriptions is 1/2,which is commonly used for the treatment of drugs.(4)The dampness and heat stasis syndrome is the most common main syndrome of the disease.Therefore,the coldness of the drug is more common,and the bitterness of the drug taste is the highest,followed by the pungent taste;the bitterness can be dampness,the pungency is feasible,and the cold can be heat.(5)The association between drugs and the association between syndromes are all high frequency drugs.The statistically significant efficacy of strongly correlated drugs is mostly related to antipyretic,invigorating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,invigorating spleen and dampness,relieving liver and qi,etc.
