Clinical Observation Of Penyanshufang In Tearting Sequelae Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Caused By The Dampness-Heat Stasis

Objective : To observe the application of Panyanshufang in the sequela of pelvic inflammatory diseases caused by dampness and heat,and further explore the efficacy,mechanism and safety of this prescription.Methods: Randomized and controlled study methods were adopted in this study.The patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease were selected as the observation target.The samples were collected from the outpatient departments of Shanxi Province Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment.Group 30 patients and control group 30 patients.The treatment group was given Penyanshufang free decoction granules,boiled water,a daily dose,morning and evening sub-service,20 days for a course of treatment,medication for 3 courses,withdrawal during menstruation;control group for gynecological Qianjin tablet(6 tablets/times,3 Times/day),20 days for a course of treatment,medication for 3courses,withdrawal during menstruation.Record changes in TCM syndromes,signs,and auxiliary examinations before and after treatment,and perform statistical analysis.Results:1)Before treatment,the statistical analysis of the age,course of disease,TCM syndrome scores,local physical signs,and other general data showed that there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05),suggesting that these data are comparable.Sex.2)After treatment,the treatment group and the control group can effectively improve the patient's clinical symptoms;between the two groups in the TCM syndrome scores,local physical signs,TCM syndrome,local signs,the statistical analysis,the differences are Statistical significance(P<0.05)suggested that the efficacy of the Pangyanshufang group was better than that of the gynecological Qianjin Tablet group.3)After treatment,the results of vaginal ultrasound on pelvic effusion were improved in both groups.There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),suggesting that both groups were effective;the vaginal ultrasound results were pelvic masses in both groups.All have improved,the statistical analysis of the difference was non-significant(P <0.05),suggesting that the Pangyanshufang group in the improvement of pelvic mass effect is better than the gynecological Qianjin Tablet group.4)Safety evaluation: No adverse reactions or adverse events occurred during the treatment of the two groups of patients,suggesting that the use of Pangyanshufang is safe.Conclusion: Pelvic yan shu recipe can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of phlegm-heat phlegm pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae.It also has significant effects in the absorption of pelvic effusion and mass dissipated mass.The treatment is better than the gynecological Qianjin Tablet group.
