Objective:With the help of globle data mining techniques, cases of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease cured by professor Huang jianling are reviewed and analyzed. Clinical experiences and treatment laws have been deeply summerized. The analysis and summary have been reported in this thesis in order to enrich our medical knowledge, look for new treatment ideas and further optimize the clinical method. I hope, utilizing this scientific way, experiences of famous doctor and improved clinical efficacy can be used as a good guideline for the future treatment.Methods:The data used to analyze has a wide time period ranging from January 1st, 2009 to October 31st,2015. All materials (information contains as large as 6 referrals) comes from patients diagnosed to sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease has been organized. And the data has been recored with the software, "TCM inheritance auxiliary platform V2.5", provided by the China Academy of Traditional Chinese Drug designer team, resulting a scientific analysis with association Rules mining and complex system entropy cluster methods.Results:After analysizing medical information of 136 patients with 483 clinic times and 488 prescriptions, the regular patten has been observed and described. 136 cases of female patients appear around age groups of 26-29 and 30-33.94 of them experience previous operation of intracavitary.36 females catch history of abdominal surgery.18 people are infected with mycoplasma.6 get ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment. And 4 of them are irregular vaginal bleeding. While tongue picture for sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease mainly comes out of light reddish and dark red, pulse condition appears to be thin pulse string, and clinical manifestation is abdominal pain. The syndrome differentiation of TCM is dominated by Qi-stagnation and blood stasis, humid heat and blood stasis, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and spleen and kidney deficiency and blood stasis. Totally 99 kinds of drugs have been used with a frequency of 5321, corresponding to an averae of 10.90 per prescription. In all of the prescriptions, tonic, antipyretic, blood circulation drugs, diuresis Shenshi drugs have been mostly used. The most sixteen frequent used drugs are Salvia, Maodongqing, Red Peony, Atractylodes, Patrina, Poria, Angelica, Mistletoe, Rizoma Cyperi, Costustoot, Peony Root, Radix Curcumae, Bixie, Lulutong, Plantago, Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae. Analysis of four nature shows an preferable usage of cold medicines, followed by flat, warm and heat drugs, respectivily. while analysis for five taste gives a result of 3343 times for Gomi bitterness,2365 times for Sweet, 1763 times for pungent and rest small part for sour, astringent and salty. The most frequent for channel tropism is on a order of liver, spleen, kidney, heart, stomach, lung, large intestine, triple burner, gall bladder, small intestine, bladder and pericardium. Based on the complex system entropy cluster analysis,7new developed prescriptions were concluded. The seven new prescription show as follow:Curcuma Zedoary, Cassia Twig, Turtle Shell, Zhenzhumu; Patrinia, Radix Pseudostellariae, Radix Cudramiae, Semen Cuscutae; Codonopsis Pilosula, Dipsacaceae, Zhigancao, Radix Rehmanniae praeparata; Patrinia, Houttuynia Cordata, Costusroot, Semen Cuscutae, Rhizoma Cyperi; Plantago, Angelia, Bixie, Atractylodes, Peony Root, Mistletoe, Poria; Salvia, Red Peony, Maodongqing, Rosa laevigata Michx, White Peony, Polygonum Multiflorum; Salvia, Red Peony, Maodongqing, Rosa laevigata Michx, Yam, Eclipta alba.Conclusion:This research reports an organization and analysis of Professor Huangjian Ling’s treatments and prescriptions for sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease, utilizing advanced data mining techniques. The results reveal that age from 26 to 33 is the most probable age range for sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease in Lingnan region. This disease itself highly related with history of uterine operations. This analysis provides a scientific evidence in prophylaxis against this disease. Meanwhile, the normal prescription of Professor Huang’s treatment has been described as antipyretic. Using this techniques, the main rule of professor Huang’s treatment has been deeply sumarized. Combined with clinical experiences working with professor Huang, clear treatment laws have been revealed, resulting the tightly connection between experience and clinical treatment. This work provides an unprecedented opportunity to cure sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.
