"Penyantang" Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Sequelae Hot And Humid Stasis Syndrome Clinical Observation

Objective:To study the traditional Chinese medicine on pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae hot and damp stasis by the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of and modern medicine understanding of its pathogenesis, observe basin inflammation of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae hot and damp stasis soup by the clinical efficacy of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae and investigation analysis the status of the patients quality of life.Method:This research adopts randomized controlled research methods, from May2011to March2011in the first affiliated hospital of hunan university of TCM gynecology outpatient service meet the conditions for observation of60cases of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae and humid heat and blood stasis syndrome patients were studied. All patients according to diagnostic and filtered into and out of the standard, and randomly divided into treatment group30cases and control group30cases.60subjects in the world health organization (WHO) WHOQOL BREF-table in the form of questionnaire survey on quality of life assessment, and study of the current quality of life. Two groups of patients age, duration, degree of disease, clinical symptom score before treatment, the local symptoms integral, double side attachment tenderness score and quality of life, there was no statistically significant difference (P＞0.05), comparable. Treatment group to the pot soup, control group to the pot net grain, medicine from doctor for the first time into the day, taking two months. Observed two groups of patients with clinical symptoms before and after treatment the total integral and partial symptoms integral, double side attachment tenderness score and drug use in the presence of adverse reactions, basin of statistical analysis to evaluate anti-inflammatory efficacy and safety.Results:60out copies of the questionnaire, and effective60taken back, the response rate was100%. Results show two groups of patients after treatment of quality of life were improved, which has increased the physiological and psychological field integral domain integral, integral and environmental and social sciences domain integral had no obvious change. Self-evaluation of quality of life before and after treatment in both groups have no obvious improvement, self-evaluation of health is improved. Local signs of two groups of patients after treatment, two attachments tenderness score, clinical symptoms were improved obviously, compared before and after treatment was statistically significant difference (P＜0.01). After active treatment, treatment group total effectiveness96.67%,73.33%higher than the control group. So the two groups can both improve patients with local symptoms, double attachment tenderness, clinical symptoms, and treatment group were better than the control group.Conclusion:Pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae patients life quality is low, but the subjective feeling positive. Drug therapy on quality of life in the psychological and physiological areas have improved, and social and environmental fields, no obvious changes. So the social life actively support and good work environment can help the patient’s treatment and rehabilitation, to improve their quality of life. Been, relaxes the liver qi and treatment of hot and damp stasis junction is the effective treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae, soup basin infection can by improving the patients’ clinical symptoms and local signs, treatment and so on to achieve bilateral tenderness score, curative effect is superior to the basin phlogistic clean particles.
