Research On The Construction Of Content Module Of Information Platform For Diabetic Foot Patients With “Internet+Nursing”

Objective:This study through the qualitative interview understanding of diabetic foot patients and medical staff for the “Internet+Nursing” intention and the home care needs,on the basis of constructing a scientific and reasonable “Internet+Nursing” of diabetic foot patients information platform module content,aims to provide theoretical basis for design of the service platform,in the hope of better use of medical institutions of health resources,meet the demand of patients home care services.Methods:1.Based on the literature review,the qualitative interview method was used to conduct in-depth interviews with 12 diabetic foot patients and 11 medical staff,so as to understand and analyze the willingness of diabetic foot patients and medical staff to “Internet+Nursing” and their work level demands,and to obtain suggestions on the construction and use of the platform.2.On the basis of qualitative interview,Delphi method was used to construct the module content of the information platform for diabetic foot patients based on“Internet+Nursing”,and the module content was demonstrated and revised.20 experts from 4 fields of nursing education,nursing management,clinical nursing and clinical medicine were selected to conduct two rounds of questionnaire correspondence consultation.Experts were asked to rate the importance and feasibility of indicators at all levels and put forward suggestions for modification.The first and second rounds of expert consultation questionnaires were obtained with 20 and 18 copies respectively.The research group used Excel 2016 and SPSS 23.0 to statistically analyze the mean,standard deviation,coefficient of variation and Kendall’s coefficient of harmony.According to the screening criteria of indicators and expert opinions,the research team discussed and determined the increase,decrease or modification of two rounds of indicators,and finally established the module content of “Internet+Nursing” information platform for diabetic foot patients.Results:1.Qualitative research results showed that patients with diabetic foot and medical staff had three themes in terms of their willingness to use“Internet+Nursing” platform: high willingness to use “Internet+Nursing”;positive significance of “Internet+Nursing”;and more risks in the implementation of“Internet+Nursing”.In terms of demand function,five themes were obtained: foot assessment of diabetic foot,ulcer wound care,foot care,health education,psychological care,etc.2.On the basis of previous literature review and qualitative research,the content system of “Internet+Nursing” information platform module for diabetic foot patients was preliminarily constructed,including 3 first-level indicators,20second-level indicators and 76 third-level indicators.After two rounds of expert consultation,the module content of “Internet+Nursing” information platform for diabetic foot patients was finally determined,including 3 first-level indicators,22second-level indicators and 82 third-level indicators.The positive coefficients of the two rounds of correspondence consultation were 100% and 90% respectively,the proportion of experts giving opinions was 75.00% and 22.22% respectively,and the coefficient of expert authority was 0.81.After two rounds of letter consultation,the variance coefficient of the importance of each indicator fluctuated between 0.00%and 22.20%,the variance coefficient of the feasibility ranged between 6.61% and24.06%,and the kendal1 harmony coefficient fluctuated between 0.292 and 0.366.The difference was statistically significant after chi-square test(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Diabetic foot patients have a high willingness to demand “Internet+Nursing”.Medical staff should make reasonable use of nursing resources of medical and health institutions according to patients’ functional needs and provide personalized and professional home-based nursing services for patients with the help of information platform to meet patients’ service needs.2.In this study,the module content system of “Internet+Nursing” diabetic foot information platform was finally determined by Delphi expert consultation method,including 3 first-level indicators,22 second-level indicators and 82 third-level indicators.The correspondence consultation experts are highly representative and authoritative,with good enthusiasm of experts and coordinated and concentrated opinions.The content of the module constructed by this method is scientific and reliable,which can provide a basis for the development of the information platform in the next step.
