Objective:This study aims to provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of the shared senior care service platform and promote the development of the shared senior care model and the solution of senior care problems by constructing a scientific and reasonable index system for the content of the "Internet+ shared senior care" service module.Methods:1.Literature analysis method: We reviewed and analyzed the literature related to "Internet+ shared elderly care" in the past ten years, combined with the current situation of elderly people’s needs, and initially determined the purpose, method, theoretical basis and content framework of this study.2.Qualitative research method: We formulated a qualitative interview outline, used purposive sampling method, selected 11 elderly people for semi-structured interviews, and used Colaizzi’s seven-step analysis method to compile data to understand the willingness, demand and influencing factors of elderly people using the "Internet+ shared senior care" service platform.3.Questionnaire survey method: Based on the qualitative research,we compiled a questionnaire on the willingness and demand of "Internet+shared elderly care" services for the elderly, and investigated and analyzed the willingness and demand of the elderly to use shared elderly care services and related factors.4.Delphi method: Based on the qualitative interviews and questionnaires, the research team discussed and formed the expert consultation form for the content index system of "Internet+ shared elderly care" service module based on the ERG demand theory framework.Based on the expert selection criteria, experts in related fields(20 in the first round and 16 in the second round)were selected to construct the content of the "Internet+ shared elderly care" service module.5.Statistical methods: SPSS24.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data, count data were described by frequency and composition ratio,chi-square test,one-way ANOVA,multiple linear regression were used to analyze the demand for shared elderly care services and the influencing factors;expert positivity coefficient and authority coefficient were used to indicate the degree of expert positivity and authority,Kendall’s harmony coefficient indicated the degree of expert opinion coordination, and the score mean of indicators and coefficient of variation indicated the degree of concentration of experts’ opinions, and P<0.05 was considered a statistically significant difference.Results:1.The qualitative study shows that elderly users have different willingness to use the shared senior care service platform, five elderly people said they are willing to use the shared senior care service platform, accounting for 45.5% of the total number, four elderly people said they are not too sure, and only two elderly people said they are not willing to use it.The main factors affecting the use of the shared senior care service platform by the elderly include economic level, literacy, proficiency in Internet operation, security issues and operational problems of the service platform.Respondents’ needs for elderly care services are mainly related to medical and health care, rehabilitation and health care, life care and psychological comfort.2.The questionnaire survey shows that 72.3% of the elderly people are willing to use "Internet+ shared senior care" services, and their main senior care needs include shared medical services, shared health care services, shared recreational services, shared senior care equipment or products, shared home care services, shared cafeteria, shared shopping, and shared information services.Education level, physical condition, chronic diseases, financial support, children’s financial status, insurance, proficiency in using smart products and awareness of the shared elderly care model are the main factors affecting the demand for "Internet+ shared elderly care" services.3.After two rounds of Delphi expert consultation, based on the three frameworks of ERG demand theory, the content of the "Internet+ shared elderly care" service module, which contains 6 primary indicators and 26 secondary indicators, was constructed. The positive coefficients of experts in the 2 rounds of consultation were83.33% and 80.00%;the authority coefficients were 0.82 and 0.86,respectively.The Kendall harmonization coefficients for the importance of the two rounds of consultation ranged from 0.262 to 0.471,and the Kendall harmonization coefficients for feasibility ranged from 0.269 to 0.378;the coefficients of variation for the importance and feasibility of the indicators after the two rounds of consultation ranged from 0.00 to 0.23.Conclusion:1.More elderly people are willing to use the "Internet+ shared senior care" service platform, and the main influencing factors include economic level, education level and proficiency in using the Internet.Older people suggested that the platform interface should be simple and easy to operate, the services in demand are related to medical care, rehabilitation and health care, life care, psychological comfort and cultural entertainment.2.Older people have a greater demand for shared senior care services, especially for health care, and the higher the literacy level, the more skillful the use of smart products, and the higher the awareness of the shared senior care model, the greater the demand for "Internet+shared senior care" services.3.Based on ERG demand theory, the "Internet+shared senior care" service module with 6 primary indicators and 26 secondary indicators in the dimensions of survival demand, relationship demand and growth and development demand has been constructed, and the results are scientific and reliable, providing a theoretical basis for the development of the shared senior care model and the establishment of the shared senior care service platform. |
