Objective:By understanding the care needs and experience of the family members of children after liver transplantation,this paper aims to explore the specific continuing care contents of the family members of children after liver transplantation under the family-centered care mode.Methods:The family members of children undergoing liver transplantation in the first hospital of jilin university from December 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.The eligible family members were selected by the method of objective sampling,and the semistructured interview was used for in-depth interviews.By analyzing the results of the interviews and combining with the family-centered nursing model,a preliminary letter questionnaire was formed for the family-centered nursing content of the children with liver transplantation.Then 16 experts in the clinical management,clinical nursing management,clinical nursing and nursing research fields of children with liver transplantation in jilin province,fujian province and Shanghai were consulted by letter in two rounds of Delphi method,and the specific nursing contents of the family members of children with liver transplantation after the family-centered nursing mode were finally determined.Results:Extracted through the analysis of the interview 12 children with family members,children with liver transplantation family care problems and the needs of caregivers,contains three themes(complicated inner feelings,emotional needs strong,lack of disease knowledge and participate in care needs,a variety of support requirements),in combination with family needs,after two rounds of Delphi expert enquiry,confirmed after liver transplantation with family-centered nursing specific content,including the dignity and respect(provide good medical environment,the humanities concern,a variety of support way);Information sharing(information sharing during hospitalization,health guidance before discharge and home continuous care);Family participation(multiple visitation system,establishment of ward rounds system for medical care and family participation,life care,professional nursing)and family collaboration included 4 primary indicators,9 secondary indicators,72 specific items,and a total of 85 items.Conclusion:This study concluded that families of children with perioperative nursing experience after liver transplantation and needs,and to determine the family-centered nursing mode after liver transplantation in children with families of specific nursing content,including the dignity and respect,information sharing,and family to participate in the collaboration,family 4 first-level indicators,9 secondary indicators,72 specific content,a total of 85 entries,will be for liver transplantation in children with nursing practice and improve the quality of care,to provide certain theoretical basis.
